We loved staying at Coral Cottage! This was literally the most well-stocked and carefully thought out Air BNB we have ever stayed at. Garnet Hill sheets, extra paper towels, and glass tupperware, just to give you an idea. Place was sparkling clean and modern. We loved the location (can’t go wrong on Balboa), and we loved sitting outside on the patio and walking to town. My husband and I felt like we had our own mini vacation with the kids in their own little place. Thanks for a great week!

Everything about Greg’s place was beautiful. If you’re staying in the Newport area, this place should be #1 on your list of options and you should book w/o thinking twice!! The location was conveniently located about 10 min from the John-Wayne Santa Ana Airport and there were shops walking distance everywhere. We liked how there was a coffee shop called Huskin’s around the corner for a quick morning coffee fix. The ambience was aesthetically pleasing and sooo “cutesy”! The home seems to be remodeled with a modern, minimal aesthetic. The space was perfect— spacious kitchen, huge communal table (102 in long) which made hosting my birthday party perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked and had kitchenware such as flutes, wine glasses, cooking equipment, ect. We played music on the TV and the sound system was great. Lastly, not to mention Greg was so kind-spirited and pleasant to work with! His communication lives up to what he says it is on his bio and he’s been helpful with my planning!

Island Suite - a short ferry ride from the beach!

Overall it was a good experience. The location was top notch. A small couch at the end of the bed instead of the two chairs would’ve been nice but the pictures were accurate so I knew what to expect. The biggest concern was the shower, it took a while to heat up and if you don’t know how far to turn the knob, the water turns to molten lava. My girlfriend said it was dangerously hot and she likes super hot water. That wouldn’t cause me to not stay there again, though. If price and proximity to the ferry are your top priorities then this would be a good fit.

Carol was an amazing host. The home had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. The decor was beautiful. The bedding was luxurious. The house was clean. We were walking distance to the water, the ferry, and a darling downtown filled with fun shops, restaurants and bars. Everything was perfect!
