Really lovely place, we felt right at home. Elena was always very responsive and helpful with everything, check-in and out was easy. Internet was fast and reliable with decent workspaces. We really appreciated the little details of having things like oil and herbs, etc, to use in the kitchen, rather than many bare bones Airbnbs that just have salt. Kitchen was very well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. Location is great, numerous stores in the area, including grocery stores, everything is very walkable. The only slightly negative thing is the bed is pretty noisy and squeaky when just shifting positions, which can be difficult if your partner is a light sleeper. But we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Parma -- and hopefully we do, because the food is incredible!

Located in a quiet suburb, a stone's throw from the center of Parma. You can get there in 15 minutes by bus 6 or by car. Lively environment with children playing in the nearby square. Parking right at the door! Ideal for the pleasures of the city, without the burdens: more expensive parking, ZTL, inaccessible alleys, risk of fines...)

It was very nice to be in the apartment, it is very close to the train station and the city center, you can go by bus or on foot and be there in a few minutes. The apartment is well furnished and as described in the listing. Communication with Simonne was very good and she is a very kind person. I'll go back.

Kindness and helpfulness starting from the flexibility of check-in and check-out. Very clean accommodation with everything you need and more. Quiet location and with all services nearby. Super nice owners.
