Monthly Rentals in Avigna

Martine was a wonderful hostess and her place is truly amazing! While it took a little bit of figuring out how to find the location, once there, we were totally happy and grateful for this little piece of paradise- with amazing views of the Bolzano below and the mountains above. The small village 5 miles above us had fabulous restaurants and views. If you want a place to have as a base for exploring the Dolomites, and have it be peaceful and beautiful, this is it.

The photos don't show how nice it actually is. We felt very comfortable from the first second with the peace and the house and the view of the valley and mountains. It is the last house in the last bend, so you are completely secluded if you want - and Margareth welcomed us very much with her son. She offers her own wine, jam and eggs from her own chickens, a small forest path also leads from the house, which can be used as a starting point for hikes. The only noise you'll hear is birds and the river rustling in the valley. The apartment had everything we needed and with the fireplace it was always very cozy in the evening. When you wake up, you take a breathtaking look down into the valley. We would and will come again. Thank you Margareth for offering this oasis of peace.

AnnaMaria was such a lovely host, her hospitality was impressive, we immediately regretted that we had only booked 2 nights when we checked in to her mountain retreat. The whole serene setting was like a dream : a nearby little picturesque village, a whole Bolzano town below your feet, and comfy beds for the rest. We hope to come back soon.
