We wanted a quiet place to stay and describe what it's like to be in the mountains. Here's Mattia's place was just what we were looking for. Great location to reach trails and still have supermarkets and shops within minutes. The house was perfectly equipped, and if you think you can suffer from the cold then you can rest easy, because with the heaters in less than 10 minutes the house heated up completely. Parking space directly under the entrance of the house. Very comfortable beds including the sofa bed that was in the living room. The balconies both have beautiful views but what really made the difference was this silence accompanied by the chirping of birds. The host, Mattia, has been totally available since before arrival and at any time, any questions have always been ready. I suggest everyone go and try what really calm and quiet means, and the right choice is thisplace.

Beautiful experience; great accommodation for a getaway from the city, the house really has everything to spend even more than a weekend, very well equipped. Magnificent view and above all a fireplace that really makes a nice effect. Daniela is very helpful and communicates quickly and intuitively. Nothing was really missing.

I recommend Simone's attic to anyone who is nearby and needs a base to visit the area. The apartment is very cozy and quiet at night. Matteo, Simone's brother, was extremely precise in providing all the detailed instructions on the apartment and always responded to messages promptly. Upon request, they also offer a shuttle service to the airport. Highly recommended.
