Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Atlanta

My initial inquiry with Jade was about proximity to the conference we were attending. From maps it seemed that we would be in very close walking distance. Better than that, we were a couple of blocks uphill from the conference. There is a Trader Joe’s across Peachtree and an Aldi’s down the street. But best of all! I texted Jade the first night of our stay inquiring about a wine bottle opener. He told us where to find it in the wet bar. It wasn’t there. I told him no worries we would buy one next day. Instead, he brought one, sat it outside the garage door, took a picture of the package, and sent it to me via the Airbnb app! We laughed so hard that he had gone out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a great stay for us. All our needs were met. Oh, and transportation from the airport via Marta was efficient and inexpensive. We paid $2.50 each way. There was some walking involved with luggage, but we were capable of that. Thanks, Jade! Would stay here again!

We needed a quick overnight stay near the city, and this place fit the bill. Had everything we needed and some historic house charm to top it off. Definitely worth the stay and much more affordable than staying at a hotel. We didn’t have time to explore the area, but we saw plenty of charming restaurants down the street for those staying longer.

I have stayed at dozens of Airbnb's and I also rented a vacation home for several years. Anthony's customer service, responsiveness and attention to detail were the best I have experienced. All the amenities he provides and his thoughtful gestures were amazing. I would 100% recommend his place to anyone. Location is fantastic, the house was spotless and the parking was plentiful. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed it. We will definitely be back.

They were so accommodating and let me check in early after a stressful time at the airport with a cancelled connecting flight. I needed a quiet place to get some restful sleep, and this was perfect for that!

I was completely impressed by the accommodations and location. Was kind of apprehensive about it being a guest house, but thoroughly enjoyed staying there and felt extremely private.

This is great little studio in a fantastic complex and location. We particularly loved being able to walk to get our meals. The building’s shared spaces including the pool, lounge, and library/mailroom are all awesome. Staying here was not just cheaper than staying in a hotel but the location was better and we got a full kitchen. We only cooked a couple of meals but just for those it was worth it. Really appreciated having basic cooking items (oils & spices, etc) available too.

We stayed at Jaya's for a couple of days while we were in town for a concert, and the location was so quiet and had the perks of being next door to a track and green space. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Atlanta!

When they say quiet, they mean QUIET! I had lots of early bedtimes and equally early rises and I can't say that I remember much noise. The neighborhood was peaceful, I felt safe, College Park was right down the way so there was always plenty of shopping places around should I have needed something. 10/10 I would 100% book again.

Such a cute apartment in a cool part of town. The owners live upstairs and were great about local recommendations. Very friendly!

Honestly I have nothing bad to say this was a great place with an amazing view I enjoyed every moment. I would recommend this place to all of my peers. The host was cool down to earth and always available I would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay; A breath taking view look exactly as the photo, Pierre was a wonderful host answering all questions all letting me feel at home. It’s at a great convenient location for place to eat and grocery store. Check in and check out was super easy. Will definitely stay again.

this place is great! if you've ever rented an attic apartment in another country than this is the place for you. cool corners and rafters, windows up high. I loved it. it was very clean which was lovely and the host was an excellent communicator...responsive, chill, but helpful!

Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

I had a wonderful stay with Thomas in this wonderful Airbnb. Thomas was an incredibly friendly host and made efforts to make sure I was having a pleasant stay, truly felt the southern hospitality. The Airbnb itself is a comfy condo and feels like home. Overall, I had a great stay and would stay here again.

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

💯 ❤️ 👍 ☺️ 😎 No problems, very nice. "It's a suite lifestyle!" I loved Julian's condo. Clean, and stylish. Definitely, retro feel. Its downtown location was/is wicked cool, because, it was within 15 minutes walking distance from, the venue where the show I was in Atlanta to see was held. The local flavor is one, of a typical downtown setting of course, and one that Julian has no control over. I worried a bit, walking to the venue alone. But, relieved, that most everyone I encountered was pleasant, or helpful and kind. Or just, kept to themselves. I'll definitely contact Julian, again. If, I make plans to come, and stay in Atlanta in the future.

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

Eve was an amazing host and the apartment was a super convenient location. But after dark there were several groups of men that hung out outside the building and would try to get in or sell drugs. Very very nice apartment would stay here again

I really enjoyed my time here! First I was visiting a conference, which was perfect as the conference center was super close by. After that I enjoyed a few days off in Atlanta. In this case it was great that the place is close to public transport, some interesting locations (World of Coca Cola, Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame etc.) and lots of places to get something to eat. The studio was clean and as described. Anjel was very reponsive and helped me out quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!
