Great house for full family to stay in while attending a family wedding. Open kitchen, dining, living room areas allowed everyone to interact and visit with one another. Great neighborhood for morning walks with a small a nature trail running along a creek at the end of the street.

Wonderful place for a family getaway! Plenty of room for 3 couples and 4 kids. Bethanie was very proactive with communication and the listing is very accurate.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was a great home for our family. Plenty of space to spread out.

Location was excellent. Walkable to many restaurants, trader Joe's and more. parking was a bit tight, but definitely can fit 2 cars tandem in the driveway which was really helpful since there was very little street parking. The home was clean and Stewart was super responsive, even at 1am. Sorry about that Stewart! We had 8 ladies celebrating a birthday and there was plenty of towels and bathrooms and beds to go around. The 2 washer and dryers were useful but we didn't need it. Overall great stay and would stay again.

Our wedding party stayed at Ziyan’s place for an Atlanta wedding! It was perfect for all the folks that stayed and there were lots of walkable restaurants. The size of the driveway was a huge plus too.

Outstanding Stay at Jenny's Luxury Airbnb This review is for the luxury midtown Airbnb with guest house hosted by Jenny. From the moment we began communicating, Jenny was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. She reached out to me multiple times before my arrival and checked in again once I got there, which made all the difference—especially after a stressful day of travel. I had missed my original flight, was delayed over 10 hours, and didn’t arrive until very late. Jenny kindly allowed my parents to check in early so they could get settled before I arrived. We were in town to celebrate my son’s college graduation and needed a space that could comfortably accommodate our extended family and friends. Jenny’s property was absolutely perfect. Each guest had their own room and bathroom, which was a huge plus. We had six men over 60 years of age stay for four nights. The open concept allowed us to communicate as a group. The large deck allowed us to sit outside and smoke cigars in a comfortable environment. The house is located within a three-to-five miles radius of all the restaurants, church and shops we visited. The only negative was the sofa and chairs have no upper back support. So, it was hard to nap on the couch. But, that's just a minor inconvenience. We absolutely loved the house we stayed in! Everything was spotless and exactly like the pictures. There were 15 of us, and we had more than enough space to be comfortable. If you’re thinking about booking this Airbnb—don’t hesitate, just do it! We had an amazing time, and the Green Suite was beautiful. If we’re ever back in ATL, we’ll definitely be booking again!

Great place, perfect location, within minutes from the airport and GICC, which is what my family was looking for… All of our family and friends that visited with us to celebrate my daughter’s graduation, shared how much they liked the location and the house! Sitting out on the balconies was the highlight for me! I would definitely recommend this home for all your needs… it’s 20-30 minutes from all areas surrounding Atlanta. It’s peaceful and away from the city if that’s what your looking for! We would book again!

Whimsy is the right word to describe this beautiful gem. We loved the house - every room was unique and beautifully decorated. Book lovers would enjoy the hidden rooms and book cases. Beth was helpful and very quick to respond.

Worthwhile for anyone willing to walk a few blocks for the convention center ter! If I come back for an event I'll definitely return to this rental. Having a full kitchen and free parking is worth the slight upcharge compared to nearby hotel rates.

Thanks for an enjoyable stay! The home was perfect for the size and needs of our group, and easily accommodated unexpected additions to the party. The place was comfortable, instructions were clear and easy to follow, hosts were attentive, and the location was a short drive away from the places we needed to get to - campus, graduation, airport, etc. If I ever need a space for six people to stay in the area again - and I may - I will gladly choose this place.

This place is beautiful and very private. It seems a bit too far from shopping center or supermarket. Brandon is an excellent host and gives clear instructions on how to access the place. He is very proactive and responsive.

We had a great stay while in town for a cheer competition. The location was walkable to the Georgia World Congress Center and it felt safe.

We had a wonderful stay at Arthur’s home in Atlanta, GA. The amenities were perfect for a large family. The children enjoyed the space, especially the game room. Would certainly stay here again in the future.

Everything was perfect for my goddaughter and her 4 friends for a fun filled birthday sleepover. The pool, pool bonus room and living room area were all a hit. More than enough essential bathroom and kitchen needs. Miriam was very easily accessible and responsive. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Will definitely rent again in the future.

Our two family's of four fit perfectly in this beautiful home! The home was cozy and comfortable and there was always something for the kids to do. It was private and lovely getaway that was a perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle of the big City but close enough that we could drive to our fun activities we had planned for each day. The owner's were very responsive to all communication and flexible to our requests. Around the home there were QR codes with short videos on how to use the technology and systems that were incredibly helpful. The small touches made our stay feel welcome and inviting. We would certainly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in the Atlanta vicinity!

Our favorite location for friends and family gathering! This time was even better than the last, which we didn’t think possible! It is clean and the owner recently made some updates to the house. The backyard is the star of the show. Beautiful pool with a lovely deck allowed us to enjoy the long awaited warm weather. I could spend all day out there. We were able to gather comfortably and create amazing memories with our friends and family whom we do not see often. Between the pool table and fire pit, this is the perfect getaway. The Publix is 3 minutes away and lots of restaurants close by, super convenient. The host and co host are amazing as well. It’s always a positive experience speaking with them. They’re very sweet, professional, and responsive! They were ready at anytime to offer assistance. Thank you for providing a fun space for us to catch up with old friends and family.

Had a great stay! Plenty of space (we had 6 adults and 2 children) and the kitchen had what we needed to prepare meals. Neighborhood was very quiet plus being able to walk to Publix, Walgreens was convenient. Community pool was nice also.

My family and I visited Atlanta for Mother’s Day weekend. The manor accommodated everyone and their needs. They are pet friendly and had a split backyard. So the kids could play, and then the dogs could be outside as well. We absolutely love this Airbnb. It was beautiful and the neighborhood is peaceful. Would absolutely stay there again!

Oh my goodness where should I start this Airbnb was so quiet, beautiful, and clean. It was 12 of us and the bedrooms were spacious and the beds felt amazing. The kitchen is so beautiful and spacious also both upstairs and downstairs they literally have everything you need. The neighborhood is nice and quiet which was a plus. Everything you need is close by. I really would recommend this Airbnb and I most definitely will be staying here again.
