Holiday rentals with a patio in Atlanta

I booked this home for my mom while she was in town and she fully enjoyed it. The home was super clean, very comfortable and well stocked between the bathroom and the kitchen. My mom is in her 70s and had just gotten back from an international trip—she slept so well on the mattress and thanks to what I’m assuming are almost blackout curtains. Valerie is also a great host! I had questions about my mom being able to physically access the space and Valerie was very helpful, sharing any physical consideration like the exact number of steps to enter the home. There was even a new nonslip pad to place in the shower. Between her hospitality and the location, I would absolutely book it again and recommend this home to others.

Jonathan’s place is convenient, functional and well-stocked. I was recovering from surgery while I was there, and the first floor location and comfortable furnishings were just what I needed. Jonathan replied quickly to any questions. Would stay there again (although, next time preferably without the surgery!)

This Bnb was extremely cozy and easy to get to. Host was extremely accommodating + being friendly is always a plus. I would love to stay here again if the opportunity is available. 10/10 stay no complaints here

We had a fantastic stay! The unit was so clean and comfortable. It was a holiday weekend and there were a couple of parties and things happening around us and we heard NOTHING in the unit. It was so quiet. The views were fantastic for the cityscape lover. We would definitely stay here again. The host is also responsive, kind, and keeps in contact ensuring your stay is going well. 10/10

The apartment looks just like the photos. Easy parking, comfy king bed, very clean, very fast Wifi, easy to work from home. It was situated perfectly between downtown and suburbs; which is exactly what we were looking for during our short stay.

We loved staying at Chase’s place for small getaway trip. Location was nice. The bnb felt like home. Very clean, cozy, & wonderful price!! Definitely would book again!

Olivia's place was one of the most comfortable I've ever stayed. You want to be able to rest easily and well, in a place you feel safe in, and this place checks all those boxes. Everything was such lovely quality! For location, I was able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants, along with walking to my event easily and safely. Olivia's proactive and detailed instructions were incredibly helpful for being able to find and access the apartment, and she's 100% correct you should review them ahead of arriving. This has now become my go to for events in this area. Thank you for everything Olivia!

Perfect little Atlanta spot in the fun and artsy Cabbagetown area. Just across the street from several restaurants and shops, and less than 15 min walk from many more. The home is very well decorated, updated, and has everything you need. It is small but functional, great for 2-3 adults max. Do expect some amount of noise from upstairs neighbors or patrons at the nearby bars, I wouldn't recommend for anyone traveling with a baby or young child! There were a few hiccups with our stay but Co-host Madeline was always available to help and extremely friendly and helpful. We genuinely enjoyed interacting with her. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

I highly recommend this airbnb! It was clean, comfy, and spacious. The neighborhood is great. The unit was well-decorated and had a peaceful, fenced backyard. We walked to the Battery for the Braves game and it was just over 1 mile.

Our stay was great. The home was cozy and peaceful. It felt calm and serene, simple but had everything we needed. Perfect location for driving distance for things we needed to do. Rafael was above and beyond with communication. He responded promptly with every question I had and he was super cool about everything. His home had a loving satisfying feel to it and it made you feel so relaxed, as if you were in your own home. I'm definitely staying there again when I can get back to Atlanta.

Ian’s place was beautiful and clean. My kids enjoyed the theater and the adults enjoyed the sunroom. The host was responsive and handled anything we needed in a timely manner. I recommended this place to a friend who will be in Atlanta in a couple of months.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and welcoming. The area was nice, quiet, and very close to the zoo and downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at Darrell's beautiful home! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located near all the events I was attending for Atlanta Carnival weekend. Darrell was incredibly welcoming and provided all the necessary information for a smooth check-in. The house is exactly what it shows in the picture. The yard is beautiful; I see why he says, 'don't walk on the grass.' hahaha. My nieces and I did not get to enjoy the amazing backyard besides our cute photo shoot when we got dressed to go out on Sunday. It was a short stay, but such a nice one. I am always skeptical about renting homes on Airbnb because you hear all the horror stories, but coming from a hospitality background, I know what to look for. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I will stay here again 10/10

This lovely cottage is in the perfect location, close to Grant Park and the Zoo, and is an easy drive to amenities such as grocery stores and restaurants. The house has a great backyard, is in a peaceful neighborhood and backs onto an urban garden/park which was a perfect place to walk my pup. The house itself is very comfortable with a great kitchen and living area. The description of the property was perfect, the instructions to find and enter the house were spot on and the hosts were great communicators, and responded quickly to any question I had. I highly recommend this spot, and hope to be back when I next visit Atlanta, if it is available!

5 stars. This was the perfect place for my small family. I have no complaints. Close to the Atlanta Braves Stadium and lots of places to eat. Quiet neighborhood too. My only suggestion is the pull out couch is more single than double. But there is an air mattress in the closet. So it worked out well. Definitely will book again the next time we travel to Atlanta!

Such an amazing find, i really enjoy my stay. not only was gee a delight with communication and customer service so was the staff at the building. The place looks good in the photos but even better in person. Definitely money well spent:)

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

This was a very nice place to stay. The host got back to me extremely quickly. Every time I had a question for him. The next time I’m in the Atlanta area I will definitely look to stay at this place again.

Was great location to walk to the aquarium and some local restaurants as well as drive for a concert at the Masquerade. Parking was easy and place was very nice to stay at.
