The house is beautiful! Cuter than the pictures. The location is convenient because the Vans pass by the door back and forth! The beautiful view. The impeccable garden. Clean and well equipped house. Mauro is a genius, always ready to help us and very attentive. The house and the service are totally recommended. We'll be back soon.

I want to thank the host Marco, always attentive to the reservation, and brother Edgar, who welcomed us with great sympathy and great tips about the region. The house is super equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-kept condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

The stay at the yellow house was great! The host, Sueli, welcomed us with affection and attention. The house is airy, clean, comfortable, equipped and well decorated, which makes for a quiet and comfortable stay. It is about 15 minutes - by car - from Rua das Pedras, and the neighborhood seemed quiet, with no complications during our stay. We intend to return again, on sunnier days than those in May, to make better use of the pool space, which is also a delight.

My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!

Excellent location, just a few steps from the beach, and a beautiful view. Large, spacious and clean house. The pool is smaller than what you see in the photos but enough to cool off. Carlos is always attentive and asking about our needs. We would come back anyways.

I went for the 2nd time, this time with my children. The host Victor and his family, wonderful for their treatment, attention and respect for privacy. Clean, well organized. Beds were comfortable. Info on how to use electric showers would have been good; especially to know that without rubber flooring you should wear rubber flip-flops in the shower, at least from info we received when we looked online, and also how to regulate the shower temperature. Also, since we were in a hotel prior that has hair dryers supplied that would have been a nice addition as I did not have one. Loved the private bathrooms with each room, plus a half bath on the main floor. Enjoyed the upstairs balcony with lounge chairs etc. Overall a very nice stay.

A simply amazing house, we had to spend a quick time for it that got a taste of wanting more! A modern house with lots of space, spacious rooms, one even had a balcony and desk for home office, the living room also had a Playstation 4 with VR, which for those who like it is a great differential. We like it very much and we will definitely go back.

A very large house, with common areas above the average buziana, which allowed all guests spaces for good get-togethers. The swimming pool is a show apart. Enorme, good depth, kept warm in the night, only with the temperature of the day. Generous barbecue, with great suction of smoke through the chimney, leaving no smell of smoke on the guests' clothes. The stay was amazing! The space is cozy, well located and exactly as in the photos. The host was super attentive, quickly responded to every message, and was always available to ask questions. A special highlight goes to the service of the chef, which further elevated the experience. I highly recommend it!

The accommodation is just as described or better. The hostess greeted us when we arrived and immediately responded to all messages. The place is a very nice, very well organized and safe gated condominium. It's close to Dunas do Pero beach, for me the best in Cabo Frio. The house's facilities are all in perfect condition and well-equipped. The best thing is the heated pool. I would definitely go back to Cabo Frio. I wouldn't look for another place to stay. I would go straight back to Simone and Fernando's house

Lily's house is beautiful, with a unique decor that makes you stop in every corner to observe the details. The house is very comfortable, with the master bedroom on the top floor of the main house, and the other three bedrooms are located in the lower part of the land, having a lot of privacy. It's like three apartments, very comfortable. A beautiful view in all rooms. I recommend for large families or trip with friends. It is necessary to have a car, as the house is in a nose and in my opinion, you have to go by car to the beaches. Thanks so much Lily!

We had a wonderful stay at Manuela’s beautiful home! The decor is absolutely stunning—straight out of a magazine. Every detail felt carefully curated. The house is not only gorgeous but also very comfortable and well-equipped, especially the gourmet barbecue area, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals together. We would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful with many rooms and places to hang out. We loved the views of the ocean and ability to walk out onto the beach. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but only a few minute walk to downtown so you get the best of both worlds. The kitchen was also fully equipped which we really enjoyed. Would highly recommend staying here!

Our stay was spectacular. We were 8 adults and the functionality of the house is as described in the listing. Undoubtedly the house of Maceis will be inside the options if we return to Búzios. Anderson the caretaker was very friendly and friendly and Dulcinea was too.
