Monthly Rentals in Arcadia

This was the perfect place for our little family. It had everything we needed. It was super clean and in great condition. The host and hostess were great to work with!

This was my second trip at Close Quarters and it was just as good as the first. The little town of Gate City is beautiful and full of historic sights. The mountain view is beautiful and the trains run often enough to catch a glimpse each day. The home is cozy and perfect for two. I always feel at peace when visiting. The hosts leave multiple snacks and waters for guests & it is overall a wonderful stay. We love visiting this little town when we attend Smoky Mountain Terror Convention & hope to be back next August!

This is my second stint here at this location. If I could give Zach and crew 10 stars I would because 5 just isn’t enough. Highly recommend anyone staying here. If I’m ever back in the area, they’ll be the first I contact about a place to stay.

The Cozy Cottage is such a gem. It's quirky and fun while being super functional and comfortable. The outdoor space is amazing, with a nice private deck and a huge yard. Candace is incredibly responsive and accommodating. We love staying here!
