Holiday rentals with breakfast in Annecy

Impeccable accommodation, very welcoming and helpful host, we enjoyed our stay. We recommend this place to stay without a second thought! The owner is very charming, we communicated a lot and she did everything to make us feel at home. Sharing and conviviality are at the rendezvous, to discover.

This is one of the best houses I've ever stayed in! The house is perfectly equipped, decorated with great taste, and has superb facilities: pool, spa, sauna, and a large beautiful garden. Nanci, the host, is warm and very welcoming. The only regret is that our stay was too short. We will come back without hesitation!

A warm welcome, impeccable accommodation and a breathtaking view of Lake Aiguebelette, everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and hearty. Our favorite? The jacuzzi in a Mini Cooper with a view of the sunset... an unusual and magical experience! A unique, peaceful and incredibly well thought-out place. We will recommend without hesitation and we will come back with great pleasure! PS: If you are a fan of charcuterie and cheese boards, do not hesitate to ask for it as an option, it is excellent and very generous! Mickaël & Laura.

Large chalet ideal for large families, with very comfortable bedrooms, a very large dining room living room, very well soundproofed and mountain views.

We had a lovely 2 weeks at this place. Philippe was very responsive to our questions and small requests. The enclosed garden, alternating shaded and sunny areas + shaded terrace was ideal for our 2.5 year old son. The house was well equipped especially in the kitchen. Doussard beach located 20 minutes by bike via the track, at the foot of the Col de la Forclaz. Super quiet environment. Faverges easily accessible by bike/car for shopping. Ideal location!

Our stay was great. The house is very peaceful with relaxing views of the mountains. The concierge who manages the house is very responsive thank you. We'll be happy to come back!

We had a great time at Jean-Luc's place. The studio is cozy and equipped with everything you need. A highlight is the bed, where we slept fantastically for 2 nights. As a host, Jean-Luc is unique. We implemented his tips and discovered many great places around Annecy in the short time. His remarks on the history of this city were also exciting and very interesting. Thank you for the time. Very good stay in this very nice apartment with all amenities. No need to take the car: 5 min walk to town and 20 min to the lake. Key handover was very easy with accommodating and very available hosts. Thank you for your kindness and responsiveness. Recommended!!!

We stayed at Vanessa and Allesandra’s flat while visiting family in the Eaux-Vives neighborhood and attending the Geneva Open. We have stayed in several Air BNB’s and hotels in the Geneva over many years and we enjoyed this flat the most. The flat is well appointed, the residential location lovely, the Mage our favorite spot for coffee less than a block away. We appreciated the charm of the flat with modern changes. The bed was comfortable and bathroom well lighted, two priorities for us. We enjoyed reading on the balcony. Though we didn’t meet Vanessa and Alessandro their email communication was warm and helpful. We can unequivocally recommend this flat. Thank you Vanessa and Alessandro

We had a great week. Alexandra is caring, welcoming and accommodating for check-in and check-out. The apartment matches the photos perfectly, the bedding is comfortable, the amenities are complete, nice decoration. Very clean accommodation. Access to the center is easily done on foot or by bike. Well located accommodation in a small country village 20 minutes from Annecy, 30 minutes from Lake Bourget, 10 minutes from the Fier Gorges and Clermont Castle. Hiking trails available nearby. Independent entrance on the ground floor in the hall of the house. Small private room without balcony with shower, sinks, toilet and very good bedding. Very welcoming couple and pleasant breakfast served on the terrace. Great value for money.
