Lake house holiday rentals in Annecy

Philippe had promised us a little corner of paradise, which turned out to be true. We had a great weekend with the children and grandchildren.

Amazing house, amazing location and an extremely helpful and friendly host. We would lvoe to stay at this house again. Highly highly recommend.

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

we spent the weekend of the ascent under the sun facing Mont Blanc , the chalet is in a very quiet area with splendid views. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality brought to this place. We'd love to come back.

We had a pleasant stay in Veyrier. The apartment is very nice and the view is sublime. In addition, it is very well located: 5 minutes from the lake, close to free parking, a convenience store and the bus stop to walk around the lake. Only downside for us: There are no shutters and no blinds/curtains at all the windows of the room upstairs: complicated to rest because it is great day as soon as the sun is there.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

Eric and Veronique are wonderful hosts, they created a villa with cosy vibes and outstanding views. Very friendly, interesting, attention to details. Thank you for a great stay !

This home is amazing: a retreat by the lake. The view in the morning is worthy of Monet's painting "Impression of the sunrise". During the day, everyone can enjoy the activities (ping pong, foosball, games in the lawn, ...) and the lake if the weather is nice. It is an ideal place to gather our whole family with infants and children in the 7 bedrooms. In the evening, the living room is an ideal place to gather together while keeping the beautiful view of the lake. The very well-equipped kitchen makes it possible to make good meals and enjoy them on the terrace. Already wanting to go back ...

Benoit's little chalet is very quaint and quiet It's great for two of us Simple in furnishings and supplies, but enough for 4 nights with our dog who was able to benefit from the large garden ( not fenced). We just missed the basics for cooking ( salt pepper sugar oil wipes any garbage bag etc.) which is not provided. Very good location Close to shops and a nice walk to the expensive ring road

Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

Lovely stay in Andre’s beautiful home!

New accommodation, very well decorated, cozy atmosphere. At the organizational level, the bedrooms and bathroom/toilet are on the ground floor and the living room with open kitchen and living room overlooking a terrace upstairs. Very quiet. Presence of many useful and pleasant products to have on site. Very nice discovery of Bozel which in this period was lively and pleasant to visit (unlike Courchevel where everything was closed). Lake nearby with possibility of swimming, park with pumptrack and playgrounds for children less than 10 minutes' walk, hiking departures, tree climbing, etc. Some nice restaurants in town and useful shops within walking distance (small supermarket, cheese shop, bakery). In short, a very nice stay!

Wow! What an incredible house!! The decor and design are simply stunning with a fantastic layout for our family of 5. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. We very much enjoyed using the pool and the hot tub and eating breakfast outside on the fabulous outdoor dining table. Clementine was lovely and very accommodating with our check in and out times. The surrounding area is beautiful and the lake is only a short stroll from the house. We must recommend the Terracotta restaurant there. The food was incredible and the service was superb. There are several supermarkets and amazing bakeries nearby for all of your supplies. We visited Annecey most days as our daughter was there for the annual animation festival. It was only approximately a 15 minute drive away and was absolutely beautiful with lots of great restaurants. We highly recommend Wood Loft and would love to stay there again.

We really enjoyed Frédérique and Jacques' cottage. Extremely well-equipped, with very nice little details, very clean. Very nice environment around. We also really enjoyed the little welcome basket with some local products. And the hosts, very kind and helpful!! We will come back and recommend it without hesitation!
