Best accommodation and best host

Excellent stay in Daniel's apartment. The exchanges were very easy, the arrival and departure too. The apartment is very nice, comfortable bedding and the terrace is a plus. It is ideally located, a stone's throw from the lake and close to the city center of Annecy. In short, I recommend it!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this wonderful 2 bedroom apartment. It has a nice kitchen and living room and a south facing balcony with chairs and a table. There is a short walk to the beautiful old town and 20 - 30 mimutes walk to the lake. A big supermarket (Intermarché) close by. Highly reccommended.

Great accommodation in the heart of Aix les Bains, right in front of the casino with a magnificent view of the mountains. I would 100% recommend this place. The only downside is the garage (which still deserves to be there) very complicated maneuvers to get in and out, old-fashioned box with a wall just in front, strongly not recommended for SUV-type vehicles, for info I parked a Touran after a few unsuccessful attempts.

Adeline's home is beautiful. It is in a great location, close to shops and the lake. Adeline was very welcoming and friendly and we can't wait to return!

Carole was very responsive! Clean accommodation, well located and with a bonus parking space! Everything was PERFECT. Some sweet touches on our arrival! ground floor apartment with a beautiful terrace sheltered from view. The studio is comfortable, the kitchen is practical and well-equipped, even if I only spent one night. City center within walking distance in 5 min, restaurants, park... very nice host.

The place was perfect for these few days of rest. Shops, restaurants, and lakes nearby.

Great stay with an amazing view from the balcony! The apartment is very well located (easy to access), in a beautiful soothing environment, offering beautiful walks. A few minutes from the gazebo of La Chambotte, ideal for a spectacular sunset. Perfect for two people, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials, with some nice little extras! A big thank you to the host, who is attentive, responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. I recommend it 100%!

Thoma was always very kind and accommodated our request for both early check-in and extended check-out. The accommodation is very nice and is located in a very quiet area in the green of the "bagues", a few minutes from the Rumilly lake and only 10 minutes from Annecy. I would gladly return to Thomas' accommodation, a great experience.

Place was exactly as shown in the photos. Charlotte was easy to communicate with. Thanks for accommodating to our last minute reservation. We liked that there is a private parking space but if the garage is full, it would be slightly challenging to get out from the garage other than that everything else was perfect.

Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

Marilyn offers a very convenient base to explore Annecy. Within walking distance of the historic town, the location was well connected to local bus routes and there was storage space available should you bring or rent a bike. There was an excellent bakery near the apartment ideally suited for picnic preparation. The apartment was compact but comfortable with a balcony providing a lovely space for breakfast, especially when the weather was as hot during my stay! It had a good selection of utensils for self catering. Marilyn made me feel extremely welcome to stay at her apartment, offering a generous welcome selection of food and drink and was a very conscientious host.

Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You give it importance where you don't, but I haven't had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb, but a perfectly liberal vision... Just the feeling of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 a.m. for the next tenant and that's it. I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele... But maybe Christele is called Georges... Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I send a final text message to inform them of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! In short, for the rest of the services... nothing to complain about, the value for money is very decent, this rental was efficient, profitable, productive. Thank you, Georges...

We had a lovely stay at Jacky and his wife's, who are very welcoming hosts. The accommodation was very clean, the views are stunning, the location is quiet and peaceful. Thank you again for your sympathy and for all your special touches.

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

We had a wonderful 8 vacation days in this home with my husband and our dog, and the experience was really great. The stay was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, as it is in a well-connected place and close to places of interest, which made our hikes and walks much easier. Also, the views from the place are simply gorgeous, which made every sunrise and sunset even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a comfortable, well located place with breathtaking views to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.
