Loft holiday rentals in Annecy

We booked this stay last minute for a ski trip in Morzine and couldn’t have been happier! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of town with everything within easy reach, including the lifts. The apartment was spotlessly clean, really comfortable, and had everything we needed after a day on the slopes. Our host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Would definitely stay here again - highly recommended!

Deidre is a great host, the location is breathtaking and the apartment is a very good size. We spent a couple of days with the family and felt like home. The hosts have been very attentive and friendly and I wish we could have spent more time there. 100% recommend and will definitely try to visit again.

Very nice independent accommodation, very well equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. We only stayed one day but we will gladly return to this beautiful region. Thank you to Brigitte for the welcome and for accompanying us by car to the village a little further down.

Everything went very well, the accommodation was clean and well-equipped and the check-in and checkout times were flexible.

We had a lovely week at Emily’s chalet. Emily was communicative before arrival and was on hand for any queries during our stay. The chalet had everything we needed for a family of 2 adults and 3 children and the location was perfect. A short walk from the centre of the village and with the ski bus just around the corner we did not use the car at all. The heated boot room was useful and there is a sauna although we didn’t use it. The welcome gift was a nice touch, we enjoyed the bottle of wine on the balcony taking in the amazing mountain views in the sunshine. The supermarket is close by for morning croissants before hitting the slopes and is well stocked for cooking at the chalet. We also ate at three of the restaurants in the village, worth booking as they do get busy. We highly recommend a family ski break in Les Carroz and Emily’s place was a delight.

Charles is an extremely friendly and available host. The accommodation is very functional and the setting is simply beautiful and exotic. 30 minutes from Geneva, 1 hour from Annecy is just great. We have a great experience with it. Thank you again for hostinging us!:)

Great fun apartment with very responsive host.

WE succeeded, the cottage is of a very large capacity and tastefully decorated, it feels very good there. Exchanges with Rafaele were very responsive. I would recommend this listing.

Very good stay at Marie-Pierre's, as described in the listing, the loft is very well equipped, and very clean. The hosting process is well detailed, and Marie-Pierre turns out to be fully available to answer any questions. The presence of the parking is also appreciated. Note: As mentioned, one of the two bedrooms is cooler than the other, but it's not necessarily a problem if we let the stove turn a little more.

We had a wonderful stay at Michel’s charming loft, expertly overseen by his friendly assistant Sylvie. The apartment is spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and perfectly located - just a 7-minute stroll to both the train and bus stations, and about 10 minutes to glittering Lake Annecy. Nestled right on the edge of the old town, it was the ideal base for exploring the markets, cafés, and canals. Michel and Sylvie were warm, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a cozy, central spot in Annecy!

The place is a little less active in the session but all the quieter and just like we had imagined. You have a beautiful view that especially beautified breakfast and dinner. The place is really perfectly maintained and you can see the attention to detail. We didn't see more than everyday traces. Lori also proactively communicated and had minor issues, communication was quickly helpful and always friendly. I can only recommend the place. We were there in the summer but I think the charm is even more beautiful in the winter.

The listing exactly matches the photos and descriptions given. Fully equipped kitchen, with easy to use thermomix and convenient for preparing meals (even the smallest ones). Small extras: Baby amenities provided! The space is pretty well soundproofed, making it easier to live in a community. The terrace in the sun from morning to evening with a clear view of the mountain offers a considerable advantage. The chalet's location is convenient to get to the ski runs with the free shuttle and car spot available and free. I highly recommend this place although I would have liked to keep this gem to myself!
