Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

Beautiful, comfortable and private appartment, located very close to the center but away from crowds and noises. A little difficult to find in the beginning. Would definitely stay again!

An unforgettable stay in Nice! Our stay at Lauryane and Stephen’s villa was absolutely perfect. The location was fantastic — peaceful yet very convenient — and the view was simply breathtaking. The villa was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lauryane and Stephen were incredibly warm, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about creating a great guest experience. We felt completely at home and would love to return. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Nice!

The scenery is very, very good, you can see the beautiful sea view, it is a very perfect holiday home, every bedroom has a sea view, I like it very much, very satisfied, a very unforgettable and wonderful stay

We loved our stay in this villa. It was in a beautiful location, high above the village of Aspremont. Lovely hiking and walking options nearby. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and were all charming with a different decor. The master bathroom upstairs was clean and had pretty good water pressure in the shower. The infinity pool was wonderful and the outdoor space had a lot of different areas to relax, grill, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a dishwasher. Julie, our host, was always responsive and friendly. The only things I would point out is that this area has really windy, narrow roads with hairpin turns, so if that’s not your thing driving, be prepared. Aspremont village doesn’t have much going on - very few restaurants etc. There are definitely other towns nearby that have more to do (e.g., Nice is a 30 mins drive). Finally, the internet connection is mediocre so if you need to connect for work, it may not be the best for things like video calls.

The accommodation is fantastically located with great views of the sea and the nearby border with Italy. We really enjoyed the pool. You can also walk to the old town of Menton and the beaches in about 20 minutes. Parking was also perfect, but the access to the property was steep and narrow. German TV stations would still be great. The host family is very nice and warm and our 6-year-old twins were delighted with the loft bed and the garden including turtles, as well as the pool. Gladly again.

The accommodation is in a great location! There is no one opposite and you can make as much noise as you want! The pool is cleaned every day by David, and that's a good thing! Apart from a few logistical problems, David was able to respond to them in a minute and always put us in the best possible comfort! Thank you! David has always been available! Small note for safety, we had children and we must be careful, because there are no barriers, they are ropes and falling is possible. Note that the rooms are not all together, there are 2 rooms, cut off from the rest, in the basement. So the house must be left open at night so that people can go to the toilet. (It would be good to stipulate this) If not, everything was great!! He provided charcoal for grilling and wood for a nice fire in the evening. To party, it's a perfect place that we recommend! We had such a nice stay. The place has stunning views and great amenities. Walking distance to the city center. Fully equipped. We were given super good recommendations for things to visit and do. Both the host and the manager were super friendly, polite and proactive. Overall we had a great time and would love visiting again!

Anna Maria's welcome is warm. The house is gorgeous with amazing character. We had a great time. The cheese/ charcuterie tray offered by Annamaria is excellent (a little favorite for white wine). The family's restaurant next to the villa is too good. A really fabulous family time.

An absolute dream – like a small castle in the middle of the vineyards! The apartment delighted us from the first moment: spacious, light-flooded rooms with huge windows and a fantastic view of the surrounding vineyards – you really felt like you were in a castle! Everything was sparkling clean, furnished with great attention to detail. There was nothing missing: dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, charcoal, mosquito repellent - everything was there. The kitchen was also excellently equipped and left nothing to be desired. The centrally controlled air conditioning in every room was particularly pleasant - an absolute plus in summer temperatures. But our highlight was definitely the outdoor area: the pool and the spacious terrace were perfect for relaxing and enjoying. There were eight of us in the apartment and we felt completely comfortable. Clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!

Very nice place to stay with small private and well-kept garden. The pool is amazing. We felt completely comfortable and therefore even extended. Everything there that makes a vacation. Coralie and her mother are very friendly. The only drawback: the beds are too hard for our feeling. But that's complaining to a high standard. I'm sure we'll be back.

Stephane is a fantastic person & and host, extremely kind and generous nothing was ever a problem we felt like we were on holiday with a friend, this was our second time coming back and we had an amazing week, highly recommend booking with Stephane you will not be disappointed!

Our stay was wonderfull! The house has a nice view and a lot of privacity! The pool is nice as well. Massimo took care of all our wishes and requests! Furthermore he suprised us with a birthday cake during our stay, because our youngest boy had birthday! Thumbs up for Massimo and his beautiful home! I can recommend thid place.

We had a very pleasant time in the old oil mill. The house, the garden and the entire surroundings were extraordinarily beautiful. We particularly liked the proximity to the center of Ceriana, which could be reached on a beautiful footpath. There you could get the most necessary things in one of the two small supermarkets. We were very happy to sit outside in one of the two bars in the evening and watch the lively hustle and bustle around us. The locals were incredibly nice and approachable. Since the temperatures were still in the moderate range, we took some very nice bike tours directly from the house. The roads leading into the mountains are narrow, but they are not heavily trafficked. This is certainly different in the high season. However, there are many steep uphill sections and an e-bike is recommended for those who are not absolutely fit. We were able to safely park our car in the lower part of the house.

Nico was a wonderful host, he waited up for us and gave us a tour of all the houses features, including the swimming pool, a barbecue and even a pizza oven. Water pressure was great, and plenty of public areas, both indoors and outdoors. The only possible drawback is that you have to drive up and down the hill to get into Metro Nice, but if you're looking for peace and quiet, that's actually a plus. We highly recommend Nico and his house. We would gladly stay there again.
