Our stay in Italy at Imperia was very pleasant. We had the pleasure of spending a week in a beautiful home that impressed us with its diversity and sustainable charm. The owners, especially the friendly hostess Anny, welcomed us warmly and took good care of us throughout our stay. On the first evening, we were spoiled with a homemade pasta dish prepared with fresh vegetables from Anny's own garden. Anny was always available to us, whether in person or via a messenger app when she was not on site. We highly recommend this place. The combination of sustainability, friendly hospitality and beautiful surroundings makes this property a great vacation destination. We will certainly be back.

The weekend stay at Anthony’s place was great! He was very accommodating, responsive and friendly. I loved the river sounds and the close proximity to many walks. It’s a perfect spot to relax.

We always have the same pleasure to come back to Imperia and again when the host is welcoming and the cottage is beautiful and pleasant. My children, I and my dogs spent a wonderful week in a place where calm, serenity and splendid views reign supreme, without counting on the kindness of the owner of the place that completes the Italian charm. A very nice place to stay and a super helpful hostess! Those who stay longer might need a larger pasta pot, a salad bowl and a kettle. But we didn't ask for it directly; the hostess' response time to questions was always super fast.

The courtyard is convenient for unloading luggage, and free parking is available across the street when not present on site. The apartment's location is perfect for reaching the beaches of Bergeggi and Spotorno. We really appreciated the welcome with Vermentino, trofie and pesto, and the really useful tips about the restaurants in the area that I took advantage of. I stayed in this apartment for two days and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! The apartment is really cozy, with comfortable furnishings that make you feel right at home. The location is simply perfect: a short walk from the historic center and the beach, which makes everything easily accessible without the need to use means of transport. A further note of merit goes to the hostess DANIELA, who in addition to being very nice was extraordinarily helpful. She did everything to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible, and her friendliness made our experience even more special. Ability to park inside the courtyard The location is off-center, in a quiet and green area The sea can be reached with a 15/20 minute walk I can only recommend it!

Excellent accommodation in a very typical village. Quality of the equipment and cleanliness of the accommodation. Very typical accommodation with a small accessibility disadvantage when you are loaded (children or elderly people). No direct car access but you can have everything and this is done to the advantage of calm and authenticity.

Laura is an exceptional person, very helpful, always ready to give advice on everything beautiful in the area. The location is very central, the sea and all the clubs are within walking distance in a few minutes, as well as the station, the wall of Alassio, the train and the fantastic pedestrian street. The apartment is very clean, renovated, cozy and equipped with all comforts. The parking in front of the door is a strong point. We'll be happy to come back. Super recommended

We had an excellent stay in Tatiana’s home! It was modern, clean, and in a great location. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, the beach, and the train. Tatiana was a great host - she was easy to get in touch with and very flexible. Highly recommend!

Our 10 day stay with Walter and his sweet wife Yari was great. The two are very warm and helpful. They are always reachable and respond quickly to questions. The apartment has everything you need and was warmly heated. She is easily accessible and parking was never a problem. The footpath to Cogoleto is also short and easy to do. If we travel back to this area, we will be happy to come back. Thank you for everything.❤️

Very nice old villa with a big garden in the hills above Sanremo. Diana's mother was there and very nice to us. Our kids loved the garden and playing with the cats and dogs.
