I felt at home, I found very nice and friendly people. I was looking for peace and quiet away from the city and I found even more, an environment away from the noise and chaos, super relaxing and pleasant, without cars there are not many things to do around but it was exactly what I needed. The house is really very nice and well-kept, even better than the photos that don't do it justice. Mariangela and her husband are two wonderful people, always available, and the pizza and focaccia cooked in the oven outside are really special. You can feel all the love with which they are prepared. I really enjoyed it and I really recommend a stay at this property to those in need of relaxation and detoxification from the stress of the city by immersing themselves in a familiar and very welcoming environment. This stay totally exceeded expectations, it is a relaxing and welcoming place, the price is really very affordable for the hospitality, cleanliness, and tranquility offered. It's one of those places where you leave with the idea of wanting to come back and tell friends and family about it, absolutely recommended.

A simply magical stay, which touched the heart and soul. The House of Butterflies is not just a place, but a profound, spiritual and authentic experience. We were greeted with a natural warmth, present but never intrusive, with the heart in every gesture. From the enchanted garden that comes alive in the evening with a party of fireflies, to the light flight of the colorful butterflies that accompanied us during the day, a daydream! The aperitif on the terrace was unforgettable, when Milva picked and fried the zucchini flowers from her garden, right in front of us. The best pancakes you've ever tasted, a gesture of infinite sweetness. And breakfast? Fresh, zero-kilometer, typical and full of real flavors. The apricot tart... simply divine. A place for the soul, where you can return when you need true beauty and deep connection. We are infinitely grateful to Milva and her partner for sharing a piece of your enchanted world with us. 🦋❤️

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful; I could relax there all day. We spent a few weeks here as digital nomads, and the house is perfect for that purpose. We had everything we needed for a long-term stay. Lorenzo and Rossella are very friendly and ready to help anytime. Thank you so much!

Gisèle is very welcoming and available, she advised us on sightseeing and restaurants …😊 We only spent one night but the experience was good! The linen smelled good… and the beds are comfortable! Several pleasant terraces! Note that a studio for rent is also attached to the accommodation but does not cause any inconvenience…

I had a wonderful stay at Coralie’s apartment! The place was lovely and impeccably clean, making it a perfect retreat. I especially enjoyed being able to sleep with the window open, letting in the fresh air. I had to work in the evenings during my stay, and I was pleased to find that the internet was excellent—reliable and fast, which made my work much easier. While the apartment is a bit on the outskirts of Nice, it was actually quite convenient, especially with bike rentals right outside. It made exploring the area a breeze! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Nice. Thank you, Coralie!

Well located in the center of "Old Town" Nice with lots to see and do all in walking distance of the Promenade. Martine the host was also very helpfull and vriendly. The accomodation is neat and clean with all that u need.

Everything was perfect. Isabelle was attentive, flexible and made the whole booking process and stay seamless. Thank you for an unforgettable stay - we will definitely return. Had a great stay. Co-host, Edoardo, was very helpful, accomodating and friendly with meeting us for checkin and providing local recommendations. Apartment was as described, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very clean, and Kitchen was well equipped with Coffee, Tea, oil/viniger, etc. Would stay here again and likely in one of their other units as well as hosts were great.

Brigitte was always nice and available, adjusting to out schedule with a smile and helpful word. Besides the facilities described, Brigitte let us some bread and beverages for the breakfast. The apartment is very well located, closer to the center and well served by tram. Recommend!

Any questions I had were answered almost immediately, and he went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He is proactive communication before and during the stay made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to stay. The view, the warm hospitality and Phillipe’s knowledge of the area were spot on. The family dog Lady would also visit from time-to-time. We We can’t wait to come back!

We had enjoyed the stay in Mariella's villa very much. The place is very nice and modernly furnished. Beautiful and modern furniture, beautiful and large bathroom, fly screen on the patio door. A large terrace with a magnificent view of the city and the sea. Breakfast was fantastically prepared by Cristina with delicious scrambled eggs with bacon and many other treats. Cristina is an excellent host, always in a good mood. She always had a lot of suggestions for the upcoming day. The car can be parked directly at the accommodation on the street. The path into the city is steep but easy to reach. We 100% recommend the place.

A very nice and cozy place! The breakfast was good, easy with parking and fairly close to many of the climbing spots.

This is a lovely big space with a living room and two bedrooms, great views and very kind hosts. We managed to get around the Italian-English language barrier fine, and the hosts were very patient with us when we arrived a little later than expected. It is up on a hill in a tiny little village (so keep going as the map point is completely accurate, you aren't lost, it's just a little bit remote!) and a 15-20 minute drive to the beach, which was fine for us. Would stay here again if in the region! And the breakfasts were thoughtful to what we did and did not like so much.

I will recommend it to everyone. Josy and her husband are very kind and nice. I feel safe and cozy here. Perfect location that you can just walk to many places. Josy prepared very nice breakfast everyday which is so sweet! We will come back!

What surpised me the most was how clean and well ordered was everything. Elena is very friendly, and flexible concerning the check in. The room is pretty big, well suited even for a longer stay. The apartment is not far from the beach and city center. Would absolutely return and recommend!
