i would recommend this listing 100 percent. The accommodation is very clean very nice location, very quiet. Everything is as described. Paolo does his best to speak French . We really enjoyed staying at Luca's place. Everything in the house was comfortable and functional, including private parking, a gem in this area. The surroundings are beautiful, both in the sea and in the direction of the hill. We will definitely be back for a relaxing bridge as soon as our baby is born!

Fantastic 7 days with family. Adult children bought their partners and plenty to do and see. Car essential to get around and visited Florence, Lucca, Sarzana, Porto Venere and, also old town of Arcola. Had coffee in old square following walks from villa. Lazy days at villa able to enjoy the pool, loungers and shaded areas. Used BBQ for a meal. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms well supplied with all needed. Living area and kitchen ideal for our group and had some evening meals in.

Emanuela was a fantastic host. Always available and proactive. She asked me before I did, if I needed anything for my daughter's needs. The building is dated, but once you open the door, everything becomes "like in fairy tales". Everything is extremely modern and functional, "maniacally", if I may say so, clean. I've never seen anything like it, especially with regard to this last aspect. I highly recommend it. The only flaw, if I really have to find one, is the lack of an elevator. But it's still a second floor, nothing transcendental. Congratulations Emanuela and thank you for the very welcome aperitif
