Monthly Rentals in Altura

We had a terrific 10 week stay at Fernando's place. There were a few minor snafu's our first couple of weeks, but Fernando was always quick to respond and quick with a solution. The apartment itself was clean, efficient, and well provisioned. Kitchen supplied everything needed to successfully cook a great meal, bathroom was spotless and offered multiple sets of towels, bed was comfortable, with multiple sets of sheets, pillows, and blankets. Living room comfortable, light, and airy. And...as everyone mentions, the terrace is amazing. Short walk to shops, beach, restaurants, and a couple of small markets. All in all, it is a very homey place, it doesn't feel like a short-term vacation rental. Would not hesitate to book again!

Everything about our stay was amazing! We had such a lovely time and enjoyed the space so much, we would surely come back again whenever we wish to visit the area. The host was 100% on top of things, both interior and exterior are gorgeous and the beach nearby was the best surprise.

We had four wonderful weeks in this apartment. Quiet area. From the road you will ABSOLUTELY NOT be bothered. The room is big enough. The sofa and chairs are good. There is a fireplace (with enough wood) to heat. If you prefer not to burn with wood, there is an electric heater. The kitchen is small but equipped with every comfort. The stove is operated on a gas bottle. When ours were empty, there was a new one soon. The bathroom is all good. For example, there was delicious soap. There is no exhaust so quickly humid. Plenty of towels that are also exchanged. There are two washing machines you can use for laundry and there are drying lines. Plenty of seats outside to enjoy sun and shade. Close to beach, shops and city center. Pilar is very warm and helpful. Respond to messages quickly. In short: We will definitely come back to Monte Lagoa

This place is a gem. First, it is spacious and well laid out. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies (one quite large), a large living room, dining room and kitchen with its large kitchen table. Of course, the backyard is to die for. It has a pristine pool, lounge chairs, a sofa and an outdoor dining table. I spent a lot of time in that yard, and it was peaceful and tranquil. The kitchen is super well equipped, and one can make everything from a simple sandwich to a full blown meal there. How comfortable was this place? I found myself spending a lot of time next to the pool even though the beach is mere minutes from the house! it had everything I needed so I ended up spending a lot of time there, just chilling. The host and the manager were both super friendly and attentive. 5 stars all the way.
