Monthly Rentals in Allegany

After a long day this was a clean, cozy place to rest our heads. It was our first night away from home with our baby. I was a little anxious but it turned out great and felt like home. The bed was sooo comfy. We woke up so refreshed and the morning light was so beautiful. Anything I needed or asked about was met with a response from Mindy that was quick and kind. 10/10 would stay again. Thank you guys for a peaceful stay💛

My elderly mother and myself stayed here for almost a year while our home in a neighboring town was being rebuilt. While the apt was only a one bedroom, one of use used it and the other stayed on the couch. The price and amenities made this an ideal temporary home. Michele responded very quickly to inquiries and was very helpful. I do not know what we would have done if we did not find this place. The apt is located only a block from Hwy 101, but was surprisingly quiet, only occasional truck and train noise came thru. On July 4th we enjoyed the cities fireworks from the front porch. I cannot recommend this apt, and Michele, enough. i know whom ever rents this apt will find this a very good place to stay, for one or multiple months.

Nice, fully functional apartment unit. It's large in space . Bed is comfy. Would stay again. A lot of light that shines thru the windows in the front and back, and that is welcoming and makes for a great homey feeling. There are good blinds on all windows to block out the light for sleep. There is a breakfast nook area near the kitchen with a couple of chairs that look out the windows for a cute view of the town. It's an old building, which means there are creaks and you can hear other units. Personally for me, it's not loud enough to be an issue at all. I just mention this because if you are the kind of person who needs 100% quietness, you might have issues. Bring ear plugs. Google Maps provides good directions right to the front of the house. What would have been much appreciated in the check in instructions were more details on finding the parking in the rear of the house, and the accompanying directions on how to find the back door of the unit.
