Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Alicante

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is clean and well-maintained. It was especially nice to have board games that we played in the evening. The view from the window was simply incredible, it was nice to work and look out the window and in the evening watch the sunset. There are good restaurants and a shop within walking distance. Thank you for the warm welcome, we hope that we will be able to return to this accommodation again on our next trip.

Daniela has been a great host. Impeccable communication and an unbeatable apartment: very close to the beach, top cleanliness and with everything you need. I recommend it 100% if you need a cozy and quiet place to rest and explore the Dènia area

excellent!! we feel at home, it is a cozy apartment, it has all the utensils you would need or have in your house. We wanted to get out of the routine and be close to the sea and it was perfect for the kids, the pet and us. 👌 A very quiet area to rest, go down to the pool or go to the beach. wonderful experience I don't usually leave long reviews, but what I experienced this weekend at Mikele's house deserves it. From the first moment, not only did he open the door of his house, but he made us feel as if we were in our own. The way they welcomed us, their attention, their closeness... it's not something you find easily. Mikele is not just a host, he is the host. The house, beautiful, lovingly cared for, full of details that speak of someone who puts their heart into everything they do. Every corner invites you to rest, enjoy, and disconnect. But beyond the beauty of the place, what really makes the difference is him: his treatment, his way of being, his generosity. We leave with the feeling of having found a special place... and an even more special person. Thank you, Mikele. We'll be back, no doubt. Felix is a really good host. Very easy to deal with. The property is ideally located. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was really enjoyable.

The location on Benidorm beach couldn't be better. Very nice apartment with easy access to the beach. Also a great garage if you have a car. You can hear the ocean from the bedroom while sleeping which is such a nice thing to enjoy on vacation. The kitchen is well equipped, and they leave things like salt and olive oil for guest use. Plus plenty of toilet paper, washing machine tablets, and towels. The only negative was they accused us of loosing / taking one of the community blue bands. Which was very strange. We received two, and we left two. It was eventually resolved, but we still felt quite bad about the accusation.

We rented this apartment for a month and were super satisfied. From the beginning, Fernando was very kind and clear with the instructions. He gave us excellent recommendations for delicious restaurants and even supported us with the reservation. The apartment is super comfortable and clean. It has everything you need to have a great time. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the restaurant and bar area and very close to the beach. Xavea is beautiful!! We loved everything and we will rent Fernando's apartment again.

We so enjoyed our stay. Esther is an amazing host and quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment is clean, spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Nice to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. There are even beach towels you can use which is a nice touch. Location is excellent: minutes to the beach, restaurants, groceries and various museums, etc. We walked from the train station to the apartment. Public transportation is excellent to get around the city. The airport bus is a 5 minute walk. I would recommend Esther's place.

Very nice and large house, perfectly equipped for a great family stay. We were very well received and found everything on site to be comfortable upon arrival. Tuomas, Federico and Giulia were very responsive and always available to help us throughout the stay. Fluid and enjoyable communication. I would highly recommend this rental!

We had a fantastic time at Daniel Y Marcela’s house. Quiet, peaceful area close to everything, 1-2 minutes by car to the beach and as far as shops (Lidl, etc), restaurants are just around the corner. Everything was perfect, if we get the chance we will definitely return.

My friends and I visited Alicante for the weekend and chose Misha's place. The place was great and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. If we come back to Alicante, we will stay again at Misha's place.

The apartment is very well located in Denia with only a short walk to the beach ( note there are no sun-loungers for hire on the beach). It is a light modern apartment with attention to detail and many complimentary provisions. The street market opposite is full of life and the food in the cafe is good. Jordan went above and beyond as a helpful host- he collected us from the train station at 9 am and took us to the property and then when we left, collected us again at 6.40 am to take us to the bus station. What a wonderful helpful host! He also was very responsive to texts for any information asked of him.

Everything was perfect, communication with the host was excellent, he was very attentive to our arrival, and offered all the necessary directions to find the apartment. I recommend this place

Our stay in this apartment has been excellent in every way. From the first moment, communication with the owner (Pablo) was very fluid; always attentive, kind and close, which made us feel very welcome and safe throughout the experience. The apartment was impeccably clean upon our arrival, with everything perfectly tidy and prepared. You can see the care in every detail. In addition, the house is fully equipped: from modern appliances to kitchen utensils, Wi-Fi and everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. The location is simply ideal: a few minutes walk from the beach, but in a very quiet area, perfect for resting without noise or crowds. The development in which it is located is beautiful, very well maintained, with garden areas, a swimming pool and a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Definitely a place to go back to without thinking about it.

We were very comfortable in Villacora, it has all the amenities, with welcome gifts. Laura always available. Everything is perfect as in the photos, ideal for couples and relaxation. We'll be back, thank you Laura.

Fantastic stay. The villa is gorgeous and well worth the price. It was easy to find, check in was stress free and the host was extremely responsive.

Perfect apartment for 4 people. Quite large and with 2 terraces. Perfect location. Everything is very clean and with details that are appreciated such as extra towels, change sheets, gel and brand new shampoo in each of the two bathrooms.... To get an idea, it is the first and only apartment, hotel or cottage, in which I have not grima/disgust, that the shower curtain rubs me. I think it's the best definition of the cleanliness of the apartment. Yuri has responded immediately to the few inquiries we have had to make. Still at risk that next year, "nos nos quit", in Caesar what is Caesar's. Repeated definitely the stay at this apartment. Thank you for doing so well Yuri!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Attila’s fabulous apartment. It is new, spotless, well appointed and perfectly located. Attila was onsite when we arrived. We were very pleased to meet him. He was both friendly and professional. The apartment furniture was very comfortable…especially the bed and pillows. We slept really well. When visiting Benidorm, we will definitely stay in his apartment again.

We were 6 people and we were very comfortable, since the house has 2 rooms, 1 of them with a very spacious bunk bed, + sofa bed. The house is fully equipped, is very easy to get to ,has all the supermarkets very close and the beach is 10 by car. It has a barbecue in the terrace and a table with some benches, chairs... which is very good. It has a light in this area, maybe another one would be missing, but otherwise, great! Communication with Pascal was always very prompt and with Anita too. I would go back without thinking :)

I already knew the urbanization, Sylvie's apartment is the one we've been best, also the most expensive. Take great care of the details and thank you.

We really enjoyed Nancy's apartment and felt like home. It was very clean, equipped and arranged very nicely. The view is also great, and the location is excellent, close to shops, terraces and the beach. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend it to anyone.

This place is exactly how Airbnb was meant to be in the past; a sort of Couchsurfing 2.0. You're staying with a local, nothing fancy, but you get to experience real local life and genuine friendliness

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.
