Villa holiday rentals in Alacantí

Todella hyvä uima-allas, jossa lämmin vesi (28-30 astetta). Ulkorakennuksessa oli suihku ja wc, jossa oli hyvä käydä peseytymässä ennen ja jälkeen uimisen. Tilava, viihtyisä ja siisti asunto, jossa kaikki tarvittava toimii. Syrjäinen sijainti, jonka vuoksi auto on välttämättömyys. Autosta piti maksaa takuusumma, joka palautettiin heti lähtöpäivänä. Kyyditys takaisin lentoasemalle järjestyi 10 hengen seurueellekin majoittajan toimesta kohtuulliseen hintaan. Asunnon jäteastia täyttyi isommalla seurueella aika pikaisesti, joten jätteet kannattaa jo etukäteen lajitella ja huolehtia ne päätien varressa oleviin kierrätyslaatikoihin. Majoittaja Benko oli hyvin ystävällinen ja avulias ja helposti tavoitettavissa.

The villa is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need, there are lots of lovely social areas, so with 7 adults and 4 children it still felt very spacious. The beach is a very short walk down a quiet road and there is a great restaurant with beautiful views. There are plenty of eating options around and a supermarket nearby (a very useful wheely trolley is provided in the house!). Leif and Sylwie, were really helpful and great at communicating. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Ik heb hier met veel plezier bijna vijf weken doorgebracht voor een combinatie van werk en vakantie. Philip en Ilze zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, reageren snel, en hebben veel kennis van de omgeving, waardoor ze boordevol tips zitten! Omdat het weer zo mooi was, heb ik de sauna niet gebruikt :) maar het zwembad was heerlijk. Aanrader als je op zoek bent naar rust en mooie natuur!

Stayed as a family of 8- 7 adults and 1 baby. Loved our stay. More than enough room for us all and Villa layout was perfect for us. Pool area is a lot bigger than appears on the pictures and was cleaned whilst we were there. Ewelina provided us with a brand new parasol for our stay which was a nice touch. I would say a hire car is definitely needed as there is very little to walk to within a short distance. Consum supermarket at the end of the street very handy. Private street and villa very secure with electric gates and private drive. One slight negative we found was the blinds let a lot of light into the bedrooms but this could be down to our personal preference of wanting a dark room to sleep in. Overall loved our stay and would highly recommend to others.

We had a fantastic two-week stay at the villa and loved it like everyone else. A special mention to Christine, who was so friendly and welcoming. When we had reason to contact her, we had an immediate answer. The same went for Thomas as well. This is probably the nicest, most welcoming, well-equipped villa we have stayed in, and we have been doing this for over 35 years. Like others before us, we are already planning our return visit.

We had a fantastic stay. The host was very quick at responding and immensely helpful. Always happy to help and nothing was to much. The villa itself was a great space and provided all the amenities needed. Lovely pool and garden space. Great walking distance to the beach. Would highly recommend and we would go back. Thank you

We can’t thank Bogdan enough! From start to finish, the communication has been amazing! He was responsive and helpful and willing to go above and beyond! The villa is brilliant, absolutely perfect for families, we went as 2 families of 4, all 8 of us were impressed! The kids absolutely loved the garden and also loved the many kids toys inside the villa. Everything we needed was there on arrival, even down to the little things that people usually forget such as pool floaties, tin foil and bin liners, plates for the kids, cooking oil and seasonings! So many handy little things that definitely came in useful! Really recommend Butterfly Villa to all, and a massive THANK YOU again for all Bogdan done! Amazing stay!

Wonderful house and great host! Before arriving had details of everything we could need included local recommendations and closest shops etc. It’s a private property that isn’t overlooked or located on a busy road. We were so excited when we arrived and everything was exactly as described: perfect, air-y, open property with lots of space. Absolutely spotless also, really clean and well presented! Host Vincent was very approachable and on hand for anything that we could need, we had a problem with one of the AC units in one of the bedrooms and within 10 minutes it was being sorted - this was late into the evening too but it wasn’t any trouble at all! Thanks again for a wonderful stay, we all had a perfect break!

La casa está genial para pasar unos días con amigos. Es enorme y con todas las comodidades. Afuera tienes un jardín enorme, con mesas y sillas de sobra al lado de la piscina, barbacoa, una plancha gigante. Además aíslados y podíamos estar con música sin molestar mucho. 100%recomendable.

We were a family of ten covering four generations. The two youngest spent most of the time in the pool which was cleaned and checked during our stay. Plenty of floats and rubber rings etc in the shed for them. Loved the evening barbecues under cover outside on the patio. Large property with plenty of room for everyone. Could not get a taxi but some of our group caught the local bus to go to one of the water parks. Used the tennis courts next door which local people and tourists used throughout the day [ no booking required when we were there and they looked unfinished ] Cycled to the two lakes slightly inland although it was very hot and there are some long hills to get there and back so care is needed. The pink salt lake is worth a visit and I loved the red squirrels at laguna salada de la mata. See them near the entrance where there is a shaded tree area with a water tap. They may approach you begging for food although you are not meant to feed them. We had a great week !

spent 11 days in the villa with all of the family children and Grandchildren, all really enjoyed the villa and location. Car was essential to visit local beaches and surrounding villages but well worth it. would definitely recommend the Villa and area.

This villa is absolutely beautiful. In a peaceful and beautiful part of Finestrat, but only a 10 minute taxi into the busy town and 15 minutes into Benidorm. The villa was spotless and had everything you could need to enjoy your holidays. Christelle was a brilliant representative, so polite and approachable and was on hand if we ever needed anything. There was 13 adults in our party and the sleeping arrangements were perfectly fine. I have seen other reviews commenting on the basement room, we thought it was a really good very large space and the fold out beds were just as comfy as any other bed. This is a beautiful place for family holiday or large groups. 5 stars 🌟 Thankyou to Christelle for being an amazing host

I booked the villa for my friends hen weekend, to accommodate 14 people. It was exactly as described and a beautiful setting. We ordered a food shop for delivery and spent a lot of time at the villa, enjoying the pool and sunshine. Monica was flexible with the check in and accommodating whenever we needed anything. It's a 10 minute taxi into Benidorm, costing around 10/15 Euros. I would book to stay here again if we went back with a large group!

The villa was really clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved the terrace and the views. The pool was unheated so a little bit chilly for the time of year but there were plenty of different places to sit and enjoy the stunning views and the warm sunshine. The villa had everything we needed (except multiple sets of keys which were supplied when we asked for them). Just a note that we did not realise that two of the bedrooms were only accessed from outside the property-this did not matter as our party were all adults/teens but visitors with younger children may want to know that. Ani (the local host) was really welcoming, great at communicating, helping us know what to do and where to go, and answering our questions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Stay’s at Fran’s Villa 12th-15th May for my Hen party. Fran quickly responded with any questions we had, quick check in and absolutely beautiful villa. There were plenty of seats, plenty of deck chairs, the rooms were spacious and absolutely beautiful. Taxis easily found were we were staying, the pool was amazing. Hopefully, we can have another holiday here soon! Thank you so much, would absolutely recommend Fran and her villa any day!

Absolute paradise!! I cannot explain how beautiful this place is! If you want to get away from it all but not be too far from everything, El Mirador is the perfect location. The views are magnificent, the property itself is outstanding (it has everything you need including fast wifi to work) and the hosts are the absolute sweetest. 11/10 would recommend!

Alojamiento de lujo. Lo mas destacable son las vistas desde la casa pero también la limpieza, lo acogedora, grande y cómoda que es. ¡Volveríamos sin pensarlo!

Great place to stay, lots of room with everything you need to chill and have a brilliant time!

We had the pleasure to stay in the villa as a family of 2 adults and a 10month old baby. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed, it was incredibly clean and organised. The pool was clean and ideal for our stay with a baby. The pool area was great, as you had sunny areas all day, but also shade if you wanted it. The AC was very much appreciated in July in Alicante. Pablo was very friendly and quickly responsive at any time. He kindly organised for us to get the keys on arrival despite of us arriving late at night, and nothing was a bother. The residential area where the house is has plenty of restaurants, cervecerias, shops, a few beaches and is really peaceful. When we next visit Alicante, we would most certainly hope to stay here again! Thanks again Pablo!

Prachtige locatie, nog mooier dan op de foto’s! Perfect om helemaal tot rust te komen. De gehele dag en nacht is het stil. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Communicatie verliep vlot met duidelijke instructies. Ter plaatse vriendelijk ontvangen door Claudia. Carlos (de man die het perceel beheert) is makkelijk in de omgang en stoort je niet tijdens je verblijf.

We really enjoyed this villa. There was everything you need and thanks to this we felt like at home. The pool is a big advantage, you can rest all days. The garden is beautiful, you can even grab lemons or limes! The area is quiet, there are restaurants and shops nearby. If you want to spend a great time in Spain in awesome place I totalny recommend!

Het is een mooi verblijf waar we met ons gezin een prachtige week hebben doorgebracht. Alles mooi ruim opgezet en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is een mooi zwembad op het park waar prima te vertoeven is. Zeker een aanrader om te boeken. Een auto huren om de omgeving te ontdekken is wel aan te raden. De host is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en er valt goed met hem te overleggen.
