We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb apartment. The apartment was not only beautiful but also conveniently located. It was just a stone's throw away from the city center, making it easy for us to explore the main attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the town. Moreover, the beach was also within walking distance, which was a major highlight for us. It allowed us to spend some relaxing days by the sea without the need for long commutes. The apartment's aesthetics and its proximity to both the town square and the beach made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming and well-located accommodation.

Very spacious apartment. Great for a large family. Two bathrooms, location close to everything and to the beach too. Lots of services within easy walking distance. Definitely would return.

I want to say thank you for our lovely stay, the apartment is very well equipped with everything you need. It was nice and clean, matches with the photos and the host was very responsive and kept in touch. The location is also good, peaceful but in the same time close to shops and not a far stroll from the beach. We really enjoyed that every morning we could take a different way to the beach, was a nice way to explore with the kids and discover lovely parks and houses. Thank you Anne and Cecile 🤗

Very cozy apartment, just as seen in the photos. We visited the place in September, the beach of the best of Santa Pola, the very quiet urbanization. We felt right at home. Pilar a host of 10, always pending.

Overall excellent. Friendly and polite people. Clean and tidy. Location very good. Could be better: WiFi weak in two bedrooms.

Bright, beautiful rooms with stylish details that were consistent throughout. It’s a well-designed and lovely apartment that has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were a good size, and having two bathrooms was a big plus. The location is fantastic, with everything being so central. Whether you want to go for a swim or dine out, everything is just a short walk away. A pleasant surprise was how peaceful it was, despite being so centrally located. The children loved being able to swim in the pool and then take a short stroll down to the beach. We spent our afternoons on the spacious balcony, which had both sun loungers and dining furniture. Alejandro the host, waited for us when we arrived and helped us bring our luggage up to the accommodation, thank you, the house was great, nothing was missing, ok the cleanliness, wonderful views,the sea, the beds very comfortable, garden with barbecue, we have spent a few very quiet days, we will return, the negative are the large number of stairs to the house, and although the sea is close, you need a car to go to the beaches with sand.

The apartment looks just like the photos. Clean, cozy, nicely renovated, with a private terrace, comfy beds and sea view. Great for short stays or overnight. The beach is 1 minute away and almost empty, perfect for relaxing. The host is kind and helpful. Keep in mind it’s not very close to the center. It takes 15 minutes walking to the tram stop, then about 40 minutes to Alicante. Trams can have delays, so it takes time. If you want to be near restaurants and shops, better stay in the center. This place is peaceful and quiet.Overall, nice stay if you prefer calm by the sea.

This is a spacious apartment with a large terrace and balcony overlooking the sea. The rooms have excellent air conditioning. This is an economical option, and for that price, don't expect high standards.

Had an amazing stay, the property was as described with a few little extras. The views are breathtaking ( we will miss it ), pool area clean and well maintained would highly recommend,

The stay was very pleasant. The accommodation is very cozy, clean and well equipped for a getaway of a few days. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes from the sea down some stairs, which makes it very practical to enjoy the beach without a car. Communication with the host was smooth and she was always available, which makes everything much easier, since she lives in the same building. Overall, a good experience to disconnect near the sea.

My stay was really good! The apartment was very clean and quiet. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed to cook, the location is good to go for walks and shopping groceries. Overall, I enjoyed my time here, I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Our stay in Fabraquer was truly wonderful! The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, fully equipped, and had a beautiful balcony with a sea view. The location is peaceful and close to the tram and Muchavista beach – perfect for walks and trips to Alicante and nearby towns. Although signs say the building complex is under video surveillance, the private parking area inside is not covered by cameras. Unfortunately, our car was damaged during our stay, and the person responsible left without notice. We recommend using the public parking in front of the building – it's more spacious and visible. The hosts were very kind and helpful, and communication was excellent. A warm recommendation for anyone looking for peace, the sea, and an authentic local vibe. We would gladly return!

We were there for 1 week. The apartment itself was very nice and clean. Good terrace. Incredibly nice view, absolutely lovely. Quiet and peaceful. There was pool area that also had a great view. Cozy boardwalk with many restaurants and small charming shops. The only thing we would do differently next time is to rent a car as it was a slightly long road supermarket. Incredibly cozy and pleasant hosts, they responded quickly and were very helpful. We would be happy to come back😊. 100% recommended.
