Holiday rentals with a sauna in Alacantí

Amazing apartment with private garden Close to main entrance and heated pool. We did not hear any noise from the pool area and no noise from cars at all even though the apartment is close to the road. The apartment had all the amenities we needed and the area is perfect for families with small children. We wish back without a doubt 😊

Super cozy, quiet area with lovely walking paths nearby. One tip is to rent a car as it is a short distance to the nearest grocery store. If you want peace and quiet, this is a great place

we stayed in Teresa's apartment for a week,are delighted it was everything in the apartment of toothbrush, toothpaste,hairdryer toilet paper ,iron a great coffee maker,we felt comfortable. even with the return flight Teresa helped us. Marie who gave us the keys was a nice lady. we say thank you so much we will definitely be back.👍👍❤️

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment in Villajoyosa! The apartment is clean, cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was especially impressed by the terrace with an incredible view of the sea — it is a real place for relaxation. The hosts are welcoming and attentive. We are very satisfied and will definitely come back again. We highly recommend it!

There are many swimming pools and a nice pool bar in the area. The gym was also very functional. In May, there is no congestion anywhere. The apartment is clean and very functional. The terrace is spacious and the morning sun shines there. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Access to the garage the first time was difficult, as we did not realize to pick up the garage keys from inside the apartment. There are also many driving routes to the stable. I would have liked some guidance on this. There was a problem with the window blinds, but the matter was quickly corrected.

Andrea’s apartment was top quality - very modern, very clean, very well furnished. The wrap-around balcony has views to the see and the mountain, and overlooking the pool. The pool area is first class - crystal clear water in the three main pools, and then an indoor spa area as well with warm bubble pool, and then an ice pool and hot pool. The sauna was not working during our visit. But everything else was brilliant - one of the best apartment pools I’ve been too. It was helped by the fact that it was never busy. The area is not great for amenities - there is a campsite next door that has a bar and a very small shop, but other than that everything else is a short drive away. The beach is a mixed sand/pebble beach, and during our visit it was not safe on any day for our kids (8 & 3) to go in the water. It gets deep very quickly and the waves are strong. The Allonbay complex is still under construction but we knew this and it didn’t bother us. Overall, we loved our time here.

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

The apartment met our expectations, and the location was excellent right between the beach and La Zenia Boulevard. Other services were also nearby. The pool area and pool bar were very pleasant. It was a truly lovely and relaxing holiday!

just left Vulicentes place after 10 days..my piece of heaven...it ticked every box and more. The nicest apt I have ever stayed I think..bright & airy but the terrace with that view and a lovely breeze as you look out to sea.Beach on your doorstep..peaceful..Viciente was extremely responsive and great suggestions about area. i will be back

Bert's apartment is perfect, my partner and I stayed to rest, the urbanization is very quiet, has very good views, very comfortable furniture, and the apartment is fully equipped, from table toys to incredible binoculars with which we saw the sea and the mountains perfectly. The only bad spots that would put it are, the shortage of shops nearby and the distance to the center. Something that we both agreed, is that in person the apartment is much better than in the photos, and we hope to return soon!

We were personally welcomed by the host in a very friendly manner. There was an extensive introduction to the apartment and the areas shared with other tenants such as pool, indoor pool and sauna. The stay itself was very nice. Right behind the complex you can hike nicely. A car is needed for shopping and driving to the beach. The facility itself is modern and clean. Andrej is a great host!

We really enjoyed the stay, the development is very comfortable and the beach is a 10-minute walk away and it's a very good beach. There are good restaurants to walk to and the children have enjoyed both the paddle tennis court and the soccer court. We'd like to repeat!

The apartment offers much more than what is necessary to have a great stay. The owner had several very appreciable attentions when we arrived. Everything is impeccably clean, and the view of the pool adds an extra touch of charm. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful villa, gorgeous views, nice quiet location

I recommend staying in this accommodation. Feel at home, lovely clean pool . A lot of kitchen utensils and dishes, storage space. Very friendly host. In the morning it is nice to go out with a cup of coffee in the garden. The territory is luxurious, paddle court, open and indoor swimming pool. We had a great vacation with the kids. I recommend renting a car to visit all the sights and the beach 7-15 minutes by car. A shopping mall and grocery stores are 3-5 minutes away.

The complex is very quiet and consists of several residential units. Particularly noteworthy are the communal facilities such as the pool, the sauna, the hammam and the jacuzzi - all very well maintained and inviting. The nearest beach is a pebble beach, but only about 5 minutes away by car there is a fantastic sandy beach, which is easy to reach and ideal for swimming. In the evening, you have to expect mosquitoes, but this can be well managed with appropriate protection. The terrace invites you to a cozy barbecue and entertainment is also provided - e.g. with a table tennis table. Overall, it was a great stay with a very friendly and helpful host. I highly recommend it and would come back anytime!

The house was very nice and comfortable, clean and equipped with everything I needed, but what really distinguished the experience was the wonderful host. From the first moment, I felt that I was in safe hands - he was always communicating, helping even before I asked for it, and treating guests as if they were close friends. I felt the sincerity of his interest and hospitality, and his presence was a reason for my comfort and reassurance throughout the stay. This is not just a stay, but an experience full of appreciation and humanity, and I wish everyone had a host like him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and I look forward to returning as soon as possible.

Very nice and large house, perfectly equipped for a great family stay. We were very well received and found everything on site to be comfortable upon arrival. Tuomas, Federico and Giulia were very responsive and always available to help us throughout the stay. Fluid and enjoyable communication. I would highly recommend this rental!

We had an amazing week at Hans’ lovely house! We were a big family — 8 adults and 4 kids — and the house was just perfect for us. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and having a fridge and toilet right by the pool was super convenient. 😃 We took the train in the evenings to El Campello, Alicante, and Villajoyosa — getting around was really easy. For groceries, we just took an Uber to the nearest store and did a big shop. We were told in advance that there might be some construction noise from a nearby property, and we could either choose a different house or get a discount. When we let them know there had been some noise, we got a message right away saying the discount was being sent. That really showed us the host is honest and fair. Marina’s place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed as two families and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 small children. The apartment itself was immaculate and decorated to an incredibly high spec. There was ample bedding, towels, and cleaning products to feel like you were at a home from home. Marina provided travel cots for our stay which was well appreciated. Let her know if you need a high chair as there wasn’t one at the apartment, though I am sure she would provide this. The complex itself is clearly a high-end, luxury space. The facilities were top notch (gym and heated pool in October/November) and well maintained. The apartment is about a 30 minute stroll to the old town along the sea front, which was lovely. There is a Coaliment supermarket about 10 minutes away, towards the old town, which is where we did most of our shopping. There are ample places to eat and drink within moments of the apartment. Marina communicated well throughout our stay - we will be back!
