The perfect summer dream in white, blue, green and terracotta. The interior and exterior combine to create a spacious, light and airy atmosphere. It has everything you need and what is not there, you do not need. When you realize that, you have arrived at relaxation. During the day, the birds chirp, in the evening a few dogs bark in the neighborhood and at night the stars shine and the heavy scent of jasmine is in the air. Will be back!

Marina was attentive and willing to answer our inquiries at all times. With a friendly, friendly and enjoyable deal, always smiling. The apartment's location is perfect. Due to its proximity, it allowed us to know other cities such as Marbella, Granada, Malaga. The complex is very quiet, away from noise and disturbing traffic that prevents rest. The apartment is complete and equipped. From miscellaneous kitchen utensils, complete crockery, clothes clothes rack, washing machine, toaster, coffee makers to umbrellas, chairs, wipes and beach tarps. The WiFi worked perfectly at all times. The balcony allows a beautiful view of the beach, with the possibility of roofing it by rain or sun. The rooms are spacious, allowing up to 6 people to stay comfortably. It has a large dining room, to be able to share all at once without problems. It was a very nice experience in every way, to be able to enjoy the stay at this place. Very grateful!

Everything was perfect in José Luis & Emelia's house: from the welcome, to the house itself, to the location. —100% recommended, we'll be back! —- José Luis is a great host. The check-in can be done independently which allows you to be flexible on the schedule but José Luis takes the trouble to welcome us with kindness. He was very responsive when we needed (sick baby), which was very much appreciated! The house is perfect: an old house with a family soul, very well maintained, comfortable, well arranged, spacious, excellent bedding and all the amenities like at home! What more can I say?! Ah! The super quiet neighborhood in October, the two great terraces: for lunch, dinner, aperitif, relaxing… the garden filled with pretty plants and the small path through the forest that leads directly to the beach below. We loved our family stay in this house, we will definitely be back!

Me and my Fiance stayed in the apartment and had a lovely stay. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The host were great, clear instructions for checkin and provided us with Beach umbrellas and a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival. 4-5 minute walk to a beach and also very close to multiple restaurants. Would recommend, Thank you Rocio and Engrid for having us.

Dirk and Annie are very hospitable and you feel welcome from the very beginning. The house is equipped with every comfort and furnished with an eye for detail. Everything is abundantly available, towels, bedding, beach chairs, sufficient crockery. They are also familiar with the area and give many tips. Xabia is within walking distance, the beach is a bit far to walk but 10 minutes by car. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back.

David and Diana are amazing hosts. They were very friendly and helpful and gave us a step by step process to get in the apartment. That was great and extremely thoughtful. The apartment was impeccable and we will be back for sure.

Our stay was perfect , everything as described , everything is super nice and cozy , everything you need to spend nights and enjoy a lot , the site was easy to access on foot , a little difficult car, ( I recommend parking below arches and walking 10 min ) because it is in a very nice place but with little parking and a little difficult to maneuver with large cars, the site and the house were beautiful , close to everything you need, everything super clean and super tidy , it has everything fair and necessary, we miss a little room, but for the rest, and above all communication with Borja excellent, I would go again!

The cabin is as shown in the small but very welcoming photos. The Garden is very well cared for. The area is perfect if you are looking for total disconnection. Joan was very attentive to us. Even We had left a feeder and drink for our dog! For us it was not a problem but depending on whether you are going with children or someone with little mobility, the staircase and bathroom can be a little uncomfortable. All in all, it's ideal and highly recommended!

Super happy with our week in the apartment!! The view is better than the pictures show and the terrace is larger than in the pictures :) Something that was not described in the advertisement but that we were pleasantly surprised about was that we could park the car directly outside the entrance, which made it easier for us who played Golf every day :) Highly recommend this home!

Great location. Quiet

This was the perfect stay for us, contrasting with Malaga where we had been prior to this. The chiringuito at the the bottom of the hill was very good with friendly and helpful staff. The location was exceptional, with an amazing variety of restaurants - as well as a supermarket - nearby. Beach access was exceptional, and the value for the place was very good. The apartment itself was spacious, and seemed even larger than we had expected. The washing machine was also a nice amenity, along with the beach equipment. Andrea was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us understand the unit, and entry to the grounds and parking lot. The ratings on this listing did not disappoint.

A great value apartment in a great location. Either for golf with La Finca around the corner or if you are just looking for some time away in the sun it had everything you could want, was clean and modern and very nice. The area also felt very safe and quiet at night. Defo would recommend

We had a wonderful stay! The location is calm and peaceful. The true gem at the air bnb was Imma, one of the hosts. She was incredibly kind and clearly loves this place. The accommodations are great but Imma makes you feel special!

We had a great stay. The appartment was clean, comfortable, and just as described. There were a couple of minor issues during our visit, but the host was very accessible and took care of everything promptly. This space is sophisticated, bright and airy. It's easy to walk to the sites of old town Murcia as well as restaurants and shopping. We loved being able to open the doors and windows to have an amazing view and fresh air. Though we didn't have time for cooking, I really appreciate a place that provides basic ingredients like cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar. Having the washer and dryer was a bonus so we could tidy up our clothes before repacking. Note that the building, including the apartment has an old building odor, as many city buildings do. There is an auto-air freshening unit and opening the windows helps.

We had a great time in this apartment with stunning sea views🌊. The accommodation is very well equipped, clean and as described. Special mention for the host, who is lovely, very available and responsive to all our requests. We would highly recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay by the sea. It was so great! We felt super comfortable, Mari Luz greeted us super kindly and looked after us during our stay. The apartment was clean and large, and the location was great. Restaurants around it were great. And of course, the sea is practically on your doorstep. Perfect for our 5-day trip, also to quickly reach the city by tram. Thank you!! ✨☺️

We spent a week in this very nice apartment, well furnished with new furniture, equipped with everything you need and in an optimal location for clubs, restaurants and the sea. The cleanliness is excellent. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back
