Apartment holiday rentals in 1st arrondissement

The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. I loved the location. After long days of exploring, it was a peaceful retreat. There are several cafes and brasseries nearby. Phillipe was very helpful when I asked for dining recommendations. I hope to come back to this lovely apartment if I’m in Paris.

I highly recommend this place. It’s in a great neighbourhood, surrounded by some of the best restaurants and pubs. Also many parking places near by if you don’t want to park your car on the streets .

Paul was so helpful and responsive and made us feel so welcome and looked after! The place is gorgeous it feels brand new, spotlessly clean and very pleasant to be in. Looks just like the photos. Thank you for having us!

Alban was very responsive, friendly and offered helpful tips. His English is very good so it was easy to communicate with him. Initially, we found the lock a bit tricky, so be sure to test it out first. It is located up one flight of stairs, but Alban was more than willing to help carry our bags up. It was clean, beds were comfortable, sitting area was nice with some cool decorations. The 1 bedroom had blackout drapes. The 2 other beds are in the living room. 2 full baths (1 with a very nice shower.) The location was great and felt safe, walking distance to The Louvre, Notre Dame, The Siene, and many cafes. Alban let me keep my luggage in the unit while I toured on the last day, and then he carried my bag downstairs, waited with me for the Uber, which couldn't find the place, so he ran with me around corner to get a taxi. Over and above! Merci, Alban! I recommend and would return.

You left this apartment. Great central location, near multiple metro stops. For a small studio apartment it was very well laid out and the clothes closet was surprisingly large. Air conditioning worked great. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Paris. The elevator is a bonus.

Xavier's place is in the heart of Paris. With a peek of our heads out one window, we had a view of the Eiffel Tower and out another window, the Musee D'Orsay. The D'Orsay is an easy couple of blocks away. On the same block or two are a number of restaurants, small shops, bakery, and a couple of cafe's. Quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of Paris, but a close walk to all the sights. Xavier's place had everything we needed and felt wonderful and cozy to return to at the end of a long day taking in Paris' sights. Xavier took care to show us around his place and how everything worked. We would absolutely stay there again after a wonderful first visit to Paris.

Could not have found a better location for a visit to Paris. Building is beautiful and flat is spacious, bright, elegant, and modern. Rachel was easy to communicate with and a great host.

One of the best stays we've had! Alexandre's apartment is beautiful, but most importantly, comfortable and very well equipped. It is quite large and well laid out for a Parisian apartment, with so many small luxurious touches that you feel immediately welcomed and at home. It is easy walking distance to The Louvre and many cafes, restaurants and shops. Alexandre was the perfect host. He provided us clear, easy instructions to find and enter the apartment, and very considerately also provided some breakfast supplies. He was very responsive to questions and always genuinely helpful. We had a wonderful stay and only wish it could have been longer. Highly recommend!

This home was absolutely phenomenal and I would love to return. We have a young child and it was amazing to enjoy drinks on the terrace (or living area with the french doors open) and experience the night life while she slept. It felt like it was the center of so many excellent experiences - shopping, dining, landmarks, etc. It felt like an absolute treat. The home was very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even cooked a couple meals at home. There was a full sized fridge and separate washer/dryer units. For knowledge, we felt the primary bedroom was the front bedroom with a separated bathroom and the secondary bedroom was the back bedroom with the ensuite bathroom, but it was all very comfortable and we had no complaints. A fun surprise/luxury was being able to control every light the bedrooms from either side of the bed. Can't say enough good things about this home.

Anne’s place was absolutely perfect in every way— excellent location, beautiful, well-kept and personal apartment. Anne and Antoine were very responsive, friendly and kind. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Eric’s place was exactly as presented and the pictures were accurate. The apartment was quiet at night. There were never any noises with the windows closed. There is construction everywhere in Paris so you might hear construction noises in the morning if you sleep late. We enjoyed the very clean bathroom and shower, which had great hot water and pressure. We also enjoyed the kingsized bed and slept great, even though we personally prefer a less firm bed. But that’s merely a personal preference. Eric was always available for questions and suggestions and was a great communicator. He had a listing of restaurants and cafes in the area but we never had time to try one. We did have a very good meal at Bistro Richelieu our last night. It’s just across the street from the apartment. The apartment is 2 flights up from the ground floor, so be aware if you need to limit your time on stairs. We didn’t have an issue with that. We recommend staying at Eric’s, especially for the location. Thank you.

I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. My bf and I stayed for 6 nights at Nam’s beautiful Parisian flat. Every detail was perfect and he was so kind and helpful. I’ve stayed in two other neighborhoods before (Marais & Montmarte) and liked this the best. It is well connected, charming, and not touristy. Coming home to Nam’s after a long day felt nice. Quiet, comfortable, and impeccably designed. Don’t hesitate to book.

Amazing location! between two metro stations, very upscale and lots to do.

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

Very responsive and friendly host with a very nice accommodation

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Great accommodation, very clean, host very available by message, I highly recommend. Very interesting schedule that allows us to enjoy the apartment and especially the jacuzzi made available to us 😁
