This 67 m2 loft has been fully renovated by a French architect. The high ceilings with wooden beams and the waxed concrete floor make it unique. It is located in Montorgueil – Marais (hyper center of Paris) in a very safe pedestrian area. The location is ideal; everything is very close and easy to access on foot and the best served metro station in Paris (Chatelet-les-Halles) is 5 minutes away. It is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) on the courtyard side, very quiet and cool in summer.

This home was absolutely phenomenal and I would love to return. We have a young child and it was amazing to enjoy drinks on the terrace (or living area with the french doors open) and experience the night life while she slept. It felt like it was the center of so many excellent experiences - shopping, dining, landmarks, etc. It felt like an absolute treat. The home was very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even cooked a couple meals at home. There was a full sized fridge and separate washer/dryer units. For knowledge, we felt the primary bedroom was the front bedroom with a separated bathroom and the secondary bedroom was the back bedroom with the ensuite bathroom, but it was all very comfortable and we had no complaints. A fun surprise/luxury was being able to control every light the bedrooms from either side of the bed. Can't say enough good things about this home.

If you are planning a stay in Paris, this accommodation is a real must-see! It enjoys a perfect location, right in the center, surrounded by elegant shops and quality restaurants. The apartment is refined, impeccably clean and offers a luxurious atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the comfort of the bedding as well as the care given to the decoration. Another highlight: the impressive calm for such a lively neighborhood. We recommend this place without hesitation and will not hesitate to return during our next visit to Paris!

Aurélia’s place was exactly as described and worked very well for us. The apartment is in a quiet area with local boulangerie, bar, restaurants and other cool shops. It is a 5 minute walk to many more restaurants, shops, bars etc and plenty of local sights to see. Also pretty central for the main attractions.
