Apartment holiday rentals in 1st arrondissement

I stayed in this apartment for 20 days because of work. The apartment has everything you need (washing machine, Nespresso, iron, closets for your clothes…). The bathroom was clean and the bedroom separated from the living and kitchen very nice. Smart TV working great. Apartment is quite. Numerous places for dinner in the neighborhood. I would rent it again.

We are enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s apartment. The space was clean and perfect for our family of 4 for 2 nights in Paris. The street the apartment was on had coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants at our finger tips. Badr the manager who communicated with us once we were there was also very helpful and responsive.

Nathan was a super responsive host, he communicated with us daily, allowed us an early check in and late checkout. He recommended local spots and made sure we had everything we needed. He met us to help get us in the building and show us around the apartment. Would stay here again the location was unbeatable. It was a little small for our teenage daughters to sleep on the pullout couch, but we didn’t spend much time in the flat. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Paris! Very walkable, lots of incredible restaurants and shops within 5 minute walk. Thanks Nathan!

Our stay was great, the location was awesome, and the apartment was as advertised. We certainly got a workout with the stairs! The host was responsive before and during our stay, and did let us check in a little early, as well. The handle to open the washing machine was broken, and we let the host know about it as soon as we noticed it. It was still useable, though. I feel I have to bring up that afterward, when we left, before we even touched down on our flight home, we received a request to pay for damages to a cabinet we never used during our stay. We were never contacted by the host about it and they never replied to our messages regarding it, they went straight to AirBnb requesting a rather large sum for what looks like minor cabinet repairs. AirBnb did take over and it seems like things are settled according to them. This doesn't affect any notes about the stay or the host's responsiveness, but I thought it was important to mention.

This was our first time in Paris, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect—quiet, safe, and within a 30–45 minute walk to most major attractions. Arnaud was very communicative, and his condo is ideal for a couple. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Be aware that the unit is on the 4th floor with no elevator. We didn’t mind the stairs—especially after indulging in all the amazing food!—but it’s something to keep in mind when arriving with luggage. The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi speed, but everything else was fantastic. Highly recommend both the host and the location. Paris has quickly become one of our favorite cities!

We (two families) with two children (1 & 2 years) were at Mehdi's home. We liked it very much and it was also child-friendly. It is a great location and we don't even need to talk about the view. Thank you for everything 🥰 A small tip, one more trash can in the bathroom would be great 😉

Perfect accommodation: accessibility/proximity to transport, quiet, clean, tidy and with all the necessary equipment. Mathieu is very responsive and friendly, I recommend!

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

Laurent was a great host, and the apartment was cute, compact, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The view out the window was excellent for the price! Entering the unit felt very secure and safe.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Roland’s hospitality was greatly appreciated. The suite was beautifully decorated and located in the heart of Montmartre. We appreciated the patio space and having a comfortable place to relax after a full day of exploring the city.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
