Apartment holiday rentals in 1st arrondissement

One of the best stays we've had! Alexandre's apartment is beautiful, but most importantly, comfortable and very well equipped. It is quite large and well laid out for a Parisian apartment, with so many small luxurious touches that you feel immediately welcomed and at home. It is easy walking distance to The Louvre and many cafes, restaurants and shops. Alexandre was the perfect host. He provided us clear, easy instructions to find and enter the apartment, and very considerately also provided some breakfast supplies. He was very responsive to questions and always genuinely helpful. We had a wonderful stay and only wish it could have been longer. Highly recommend!

The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

This home was absolutely phenomenal and I would love to return. We have a young child and it was amazing to enjoy drinks on the terrace (or living area with the french doors open) and experience the night life while she slept. It felt like it was the center of so many excellent experiences - shopping, dining, landmarks, etc. It felt like an absolute treat. The home was very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even cooked a couple meals at home. There was a full sized fridge and separate washer/dryer units. For knowledge, we felt the primary bedroom was the front bedroom with a separated bathroom and the secondary bedroom was the back bedroom with the ensuite bathroom, but it was all very comfortable and we had no complaints. A fun surprise/luxury was being able to control every light the bedrooms from either side of the bed. Can't say enough good things about this home.

Studio fonctionnel parfait pour une halte de quelques jours dans un quartier animé. Bémol : Pas de climatisation et un carré de douche petit (60cm x 60cm) mais ne me gênant pas. Jeanne m'attendait pour me réceptionner malgré un retard de 40 minutes. Elle m'a très bien conseillé sur mon séjour et la commodité des accès. J'y reviendrais c'est certain.

Alban was very responsive, friendly and offered helpful tips. His English is very good so it was easy to communicate with him. Initially, we found the lock a bit tricky, so be sure to test it out first. It is located up one flight of stairs, but Alban was more than willing to help carry our bags up. It was clean, beds were comfortable, sitting area was nice with some cool decorations. The 1 bedroom had blackout drapes. The 2 other beds are in the living room. 2 full baths (1 with a very nice shower.) The location was great and felt safe, walking distance to The Louvre, Notre Dame, The Siene, and many cafes. Alban let me keep my luggage in the unit while I toured on the last day, and then he carried my bag downstairs, waited with me for the Uber, which couldn't find the place, so he ran with me around corner to get a taxi. Over and above! Merci, Alban! I recommend and would return.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr zentral, sehr ruhig in einem sehr schönen quartier. Wir können die Wohnung für 2-4 Personen nur empfehlen.

Jonathan is a fantastic host! Super lovely, great communicator and gave a bunch of great recommendations. The apartment is really well located and has beautiful light. It's right next to a supermarket and is around a bunch of great cafes and restaurants. Jonathan has truly thought of every detail when creating space, making it a true home away from home.

Definitivamente es un lugar que vale mucho la pena quedarse, aunque puede parecer pequeño, la organización de las cosas lo hacen verdaderamente y la cantidad de cosas que puede encontrar en el alojamiento, me encantó!!! Definitivamente volvería!!!

We had a great stay in Paris. Rodolphe’s place was just as described and very close to transport that we could explore Paris on our own. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by the host Rodolphe, very responsive, flexible and prompt with replies. Hands down the best host I have experienced so far. Definitely recommend this place and Rodolphe.

2명이 묵기에 방 크기도 충분했고, 매트리스가 너무 편했어요! 조리도구가 있는 주방과 세탁기 덕분에 4박 동안 편하게 잘 묵었습니다^^ 샤워 부스가 좀 좁아서 힘들긴 했지만 숙소 위치가 좋아서 괜찮았습니다.

We loved the location with so many places to walk to including great restaurants and shopping nearby. We walked to the Louvre and Norte Dame. The metro is also close. It felt very secure and it was helpful to get a quick demonstration on how to enter when we first arrived. Our hosts gave us great recommendations for restaurants. Fans and AC were helpful since it was a bit warm when we were here in Paris. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

You left this apartment. Great central location, near multiple metro stops. For a small studio apartment it was very well laid out and the clothes closet was surprisingly large. Air conditioning worked great. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Paris. The elevator is a bonus.

Logement petit mais fonctionnel, propre, agréable et bien équipé. Le quartier est sympa, pas touristique mais plutôt "authentique" avec beaucoup de commerces alimentaires à proximité. On est en périphérie de Paris, mais quand même proche de la gare Montparnasse (un quart d'heure à pied) et des nombreux théâtres de ce quartier. Pour le reste, le métro Plaisance est tout près, c'est donc bien desservi. De plus, l'arrivée est extrêmement pratique avec boîte à clef, horaire souple, explications limpides et très détaillées de Frédéric. Et une bonne bouteille nous attendait au frais :) Nous avons globalement été très contents de notre séjour, si ce n'est qu'il nous est arrivé de payer moins cher pour des logements équivalents. Probablement l'effet "saison" ?

A lovely apartment exactly as advertised. Watching the TE sparkle nightly enchanted us! Communication was friendly and immediate, the neighborhood lively and walkable. We would love to return—the proximity to the Tower has spoiled us!

I had a fantastic stay at this quaint studio apartment! The space was cozy and well-equipped with a kitchen, washer, and a bathroom with a tub—perfect for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the metro and the Louvre, in a very safe area surrounded by amazing shopping. Susan, the host, was absolutely wonderful. She met us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the apartment, and even provided thoughtful snacks, which were very much appreciated. Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
