It's not my first time staying in this apartment. Quiet and peaceful area, easy parking on the street at all times. Well organized apartment in spaces and comforts. The Host, always available and very kind. For me a fixed point every time I go to the area.

Giovanni Luca's apartment is an excellent base for business or leisure trips in the Alessandria area. The spaces are well maintained and modern, in particular the bed is very comfortable and guarantees a restful sleep. There is no air conditioning, but ceiling fans provide a bit of coolness on hot summer nights.

A home away from home in the middle of beautiful Alessandria. Close to all amenities; train station, shops and restaurants. Yet very quiet, safe, modern and private. The apartment was spacious, with all of the comforts of home. Our host even had the apartment decorated for Christmas, as we arrived Christmas week. This was a much appreciated touch. All contact with the host was quickly responded to. We had a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.
