Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Zocca

We had a pleasant stay! The house was exactly as described: spacious, clean and very welcoming. It was equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Check-in was easy and the host was extremely kind, helpful and attentive to our needs. We absolutely recommend this accommodation and hope to be able to return soon!

We spent a week at Alfredo's place. Before our arrival, Alfredo had left us clear instructions. The accommodation was easily accessible, very clean, well-equipped and consistent with the photos/description. Alfredo was very accessible and recommended us very nice restaurants. Magnificent apartment, the location is quiet but close to everything you need, a five-minute walk from the cathedral and less than 10 minutes from the free parking, attention to all details, very clean and equipped with all the services for an optimal stay and perfectly isolated from noise, the owner was kind enough to leave supplies (dishwasher, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) for the entire stay, I have been a month and would return without a doubt, thank you Gianluca

Absolutely beautiful apartment , not far from anything . The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want for a short stay . Great transport links for the station . A very short distance to walk to the centre of Bologna with its May bars and restaurants . Allessandra as a host is very responsive and friendly . Thank you for a great stay .

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved Federica’s place. We were able to cook meals, do laundry, and re-charge for the next adventure. Very easy to explore Pistoia from here. If you bring a rental car just know that you’ll have to park in a public lot. We parked in a free lot that was a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Total pros! Mattia is a flexible, responsive and caring host. The studio is quiet, clean and economical (with plenty of cabinets to put away your things). We were able to wash/dry our clothes downstairs with their machines and detergent. We prepared meals at the apartment too. Loved Modena, in part because of our lodging!

Easy to find! Near by the train station. I had a bit of a hiccup with my medication while traveling the co-host made sure I was covered. I really enjoyed my stay, and would highly recommend to anyone else who may have doubts or want to book! 11/10 would stay again :)

Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

We were a family with teenagers in the accommodation for a week and couldn't have found a better place. Everything was exactly as described. Due to the room in the attic, which was very well air-conditioned, there was always the possibility of retreating. The place was sparkling clean. There was no slightest fault. We were very warmly welcomed by Daniele and his family and personally said goodbye. There were a whole range of tips for restaurants and excursions. I can really recommend the beautiful house without reservation. We felt very comfortable, thank you very much.

Like the other guests, we were completely satisfied and were incredibly warmly welcomed. It's a wonderful family. The accommodation had everything you need to live well and for a nice vacation. We got great tips for activities and felt totally comfortable. Francesco is a very charming, helpful host, with whom we had nice conversations. We especially liked the care for children. Our child loved the toys provided, the large garden and the cats. Very clear recommendation.

Francesca's cottage in Prato is truly a gem! So lovingly furnished, everything immaculate and meticulously clean. Everything was available and everything worked perfectly. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, as it was very hot this week. Francesca and her husband deserve a special mention: We have never met such welcoming and attentive hosts. Always immediately available and always a tip and a recommendation at hand. Even the reception was very loving and beautiful. When you arrive by motorcycle at 34° and cold water and a snack are ready, what could be better!!! It was a wonderful week to be a guest here....thank you very much and of course an absolute recommendation.

Marco and Pia are amazing hosts! Their home is very well done and very comfortable! We had everything we needed! Walking distance to the train, which was convenient for us!!

We chose Britta’s place because we saw that it was in a rural setting with equal distances to visit Pisa, Florence and Lucca. We were expecting these tourist destinations to be the highlight of our stay but, as it turned out, it was Castello Di Cireglio! We loved the house, the garden, the woodland walks through the sweet chestnut forest and the friendly daily greetings of our neighbours. Britta and Marco were warm, friendly and attentive hosts. We very much hope to return one day.

Lovely area. Very peaceful. It’s a bit of a drive to go shopping but if you plan a little in advance it’s not a problem. Comms with Lorena was good, she is very helpful, check in easy. Nice house with plenty of space. Would recommend to friends

Great apartment! The host was very helpful. The apartment was complete with everything I needed. I was able to go to the fresh market and make a nice meal from scratch in the kitchen. It was clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend it!

Very nice, spacious apartment, very well equipped and well located for city explorations. Best ice cream shop in town just a few minutes away. And the highlight is the balcony, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning sun.

The accommodation is wonderful, perfectly located for activities and Sergio is a very friendly and helpful host. The recommendations for the area were excellent and the apartment is clean and very authentic and beautiful! We will definitely be happy to come back. Thank you for everything.

I cannot say enough great things about Damiana and her lovely home! She could not have been more responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Her place was a perfect home base for our Bologna vacation - great location with lots of locale flair and close enough to all the great touristic sites you’ll want to visit in Bologna. Would definitely book again!

Lovely accommodation very close to the centre of Bologna, yet quiet in the evenings. Apartment was clean and spacious with all the facilities required for a week’s stay. Silvia was very helpful.

The unit is very clean and nice. There was construction in front of the building but it was still easy to access and very close to garage. Easy 10-15 minutes walk to the vibrant restaurant and cafe scene.
