Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Emilia-Romagna

Very clean & homely apartment. Alfredo was super helpful & responded very quickly. Fridge had bottles of water, yoghurts, drinks & on the side there were also extra snacks which was really nice. Only tiny downside was the walk home at night back to the apartment as it wasn’t well lit & there was a group of young men lingering outside the steps by the door. Obviously totally out of Alfredo’s control but just to note for solo travellers especially female as it made us quite anxious. Once again the apartment was lovely and we would still recommended- thanks Alfredo!

Please do yourself the favor and book this space immediately. To call the home a palace would be an understatement. As a constant traveler, this is easily the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed at. Perfect view of the Uffizi gallery and river Arno. A 2 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and many surrounding markets and Osteria’s. Frederico is an amazing host and now a good friend of ours. He accommodated us and was super patient when we were checking out. The home is extremely well curated with beautiful works of arts and sculptures. The living room area is a great big space with giant windows that can be opened and marble bath tub and shower. I will be dreaming of returning to see our friend Frederico in Florence very soon. He has a kind soul and was very warm with us. Side note: our favorite restaurant was the Osteria Toscanella. Only a 5 minute walk from the space. Please tell Tony from the Osteria that Richard and Geraldine from Texas say “Hola”!!! Everyone made us feel at home.

Great spot right in the middle of the action in Florence. The street numbers are confusing - the city has two buildings with the same street number - but Francesco was very helpful and was in communication with us directly until he personally let us into the building. The apartment was beautiful. Note that you do need to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, and the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. While you do have privacy with doors closed, you would have to walk by a bed to get to the bathroom in the night. The laundry was SO convenient. Great stay!

The house is located at convenient but quiet street, walkable to the major places of interests and there are restaurants around the house. The house is spacious, clean and nice to stay. It is great to have breakfast or coffee in the morning in the kitchen with a good view of backyard. The team responds quickly too. The only little thing is about water pressure. If you were showering while using the wash machine, the water pressure is quite low. But it is understandable and manageable. No need to worry too much.

The host, Aris, is worth staying here alone. He was super helpful when we arrived giving us lots of local recommendations which were all great (and also super useful as there are plenty of tourist traps in Florence) he also answered other questions I had about transport promptly. The place itself is lovely, super clean and has all the amenities you’d need. It is about a 15/20 minute walk from the main station and that is the edge of the centre of Florence so if you don’t like walking/can’t, then maybe not the best but for us perfect. Would DEFINITELY stay again

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved Federica’s place. We were able to cook meals, do laundry, and re-charge for the next adventure. Very easy to explore Pistoia from here. If you bring a rental car just know that you’ll have to park in a public lot. We parked in a free lot that was a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

We spent two nights at Valentina's place. We appreciated her proactive approach before we arrived and she was very responsive to our messages when we had questions. There was a kitchen that was functional, the bathroom was clean and the terrace was the WOW highlight of our stay. There were 4 adults in the accommodation, which is a little tight, but for 2 nights it was perfect. The sofa bed and the bed were very comfortable and we were even able to do our laundry there. The location is perfect, the view from the terrace is breathtaking and we were able to walk to downtown Florence several times and we enjoyed the grocery store a few steps from the accommodation to stock up. As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

Like the other guests, we were completely satisfied and were incredibly warmly welcomed. It's a wonderful family. The accommodation had everything you need to live well and for a nice vacation. We got great tips for activities and felt totally comfortable. Francesco is a very charming, helpful host, with whom we had nice conversations. We especially liked the care for children. Our child loved the toys provided, the large garden and the cats. Very clear recommendation.

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund, Focaccia, was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening while enjoying the beautiful sunset. 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me very valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

Yes, it is spectacular for all the reasons mentioned by others. The frescoes in the rooms and loggia are most remarkable, and of great historical significance. There’s a manual on site that details all the history, and additional information can be found online on Wikipedia and elsewhere about the frescoes and the garden. Gian is a most excellent host. Waking up in the morning in complete relaxation, away from the daily chaos, immersed in nature was an indescribable experience!The accommodation is comfortable and equipped with all the comforts! Antonella and her husband are exceptional, friendly, caring people with a great sense of hospitality! Antonella delighted us every morning with her breakfast, all home made! What can I say... I highly recommend this accommodation!

The apartment was impeccable and so tastefully and finely decorated. There were a lot of small details. There was nothing missing. Riccardo responded immediately to my messages and I really appreciated his understanding of a small problem I had. We felt safe too and it's ideally located near the train station. A grocery store is a few minutes' walk away and it is located close to the main attractions of Modena. I would definitely go back.

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

Great accommodation, with a large bathroom that we would all like to have at home, the rest of the apartment was clean, a terrace for a good meal with a view of the central square. The neighborhood was very pleasant to live in with a good atmosphere. We regret having changed Airbnb so soon 😂

Great central location, a few minutes walk from the central station and attractions. At the same time very quiet and private. Nearby is a small supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and larger than it looks in the photo. It has everything you need and even more. Decorated with taste and love. The process of check-in and check-out is very convenient.
