wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit bei Jasna. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Außerdem gab es eine Waschmaschine, eine Spülmaschine, einen Fernseher den wir nicht nutzten aber Nutzen hätten können. Außerdem gibt es WLAN das sehr gut funktioniert. Hatten wir eine Frage konnten wir Jasna zu jederzeit Zeit erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar in einer kleinen Badebucht mit natürlichem Schatten, das Wasser war traumhaft und auch dort bekommt man in einem Mini Markt oder der Kaffeebar alles was man für das tägliche Leben braucht. Wir würden gerne und jederzeit wiederkommen und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub auf dieser schönen Insel

Mirko was snel en vriendelijk voor onze last minute reservering. Wij werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen, zoals het bij een echte Kroatische familie hoort ♡ de plek is ideaal voor liefhebbers van het strand, en ook zijn alle supermarkten op loopafstand. Wij bedanken Mirko en raden het aan!

Velimir et sa famille ont été très accueillant. La maison est très agréables et bien équipée. Notre séjour a été un plaisir. Je recommande cet hôte et ce logement.

Ruhige Ort tolle Lage, zum Strand 5 min zu fuß. Das apartman ist sehr ordentlich und zufrieden. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten leider eine auto Panne bei dem Check aut tag und die Besitzer habe uns länger drin gelassen und war bereit uns überall hinzu fahren. Da für möchten wir uns ganz herzlich bedanken.

I had a wonderful time & it compared very favourably with all of my trips to Croatia, with this being my fifth visit, but first in the Zadar locality. The apartment was perfect for our requirements, with great seating options both indoors and outdoor. I spent hours on the balcony looking out to sea after a long walk - Ugljan is perfect for anyone wanting to get their step count up! Kali and Preko both have great bars and restaurants which are a lovely walk along the sea road. A good sized supermarket is also only a couple of minutes away, which was a real bonus. All communication was clear and quick. I would definitely stay again.

Ankica nagyon kedves volt az első kapcsolatfelvételkor is, de személyesen is nagyon barátságosan, szívélyesen fogadott minket és távozáskor is volt alkalmunk elköszönni Tőle. Szuper vendéglátó, az ingatlan pedig tiszta, barátságos színekkel, jól felszerelt. A leírás szerint klíma és tv nincs, de helyszínre érezve láttuk, hogy volt, ami pozitív csalódás volt. Melegvíz ritkán volt és az is inkább langyos, de többnyire hideg. Ezt nem jeleztük Ankicának, valószínűleg ezen nem igazán tudott volna segíteni technikailag. Egy gyerkőccel szállítunk meg, kényelmesen elfértünk. A szálláshoz közel van a tengerpart, boltok, étterem, pékség. Ár-érték arányban tökéletes a szállás, Ankica pedig kedves, közvetlen, barátságos házigazda. Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek.

L’emplacement de la location était top. Mais le logement nécessite quand même quelques travaux de propreté et de peinture aucune finition. Rideau de douche, moisissure support serviettes château branlant, balayette pour nettoyer les WC à changer car ça tiens avec du papier wc , odeur dans la pièce principale humidité tabac nauséabond ,revoir les fixation des prises électrique très dangereuses, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas . Ma femme c’est fait piquer par des araignées et certainement des punaises de lit . Le seul point positif c’est le vue de la terrasse . Nous déconseillons cette location sans travaux de finition et de propreté. Ça correspond à une maison de pêcheur dans son jus.

Sehr idyllisch und ruhig gelegen. Das Meer nur ein paar Fussschritte entfernt. Vielen Dank wir haben es sehr genossen!!!!

Hôte très réactif logement impeccable Super week-end

Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus, als Doppelhaushälfte. Direkt am Strand, über die Straße zu erreichen. Sehr schöne, moderne Einrichtung. Bequeme Betten. Alles sehr sauber. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Schöne Badezimmer, auf jeder Etage eins. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Igor als Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Tomas' house with my wife and our two small children. Everything was as described and as in the pictures, fantastic location with lovely views, terrific pool area and the sea just a short walk down the hill. We loved living in this beautiful house, and fell completely in love with the Razanac area. So quiet and calm, crystal clear water in the ocean and we had everything we needed. The house/apartment is great, plenty of space and well equipped. We especially appreciated the 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, the roof terrace and the beautiful pool area. Danijela, who is the on site host, is just amazing. She welcomed us so well, was kindness herself and didn't know what good she could do for us. We will definitely return to Razanac and Tomas' place. We had an absolutely magical holiday in Croatia.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Gabriele war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einmal technische Probleme, doch da hatte ein Anruf gereicht und es wurde sich sofort drum gekümmert. So macht Urlaub Spaß.

Naprosto vyjímečné ubytování, apartmán vypadal přesně jako na fotkách. Vybavení bylo nadprůměrné (pračka s pracím práškem, myčka s tabletami, vysavač, kvalitní kuchyňské vybavení), satelitní televize (HBO, netflix, amazon prime…). Okna mají sítě proti hmyzu, rolety na úplné zatemění, samozřejmě klimatizace. Na požádání jsme dostali dětskou postýlku. K dispozici byla i technická místnost, kde bylo možné uložit například dětský kočárek. Výhodou byla zastřešená garáž. Zastíněná terasa byla moc příjemná. Apartmán se nachází dvě minuty od pláže a asi minutu od místního obchodu s potravinami. Hostitelka byla velice vstřícná a milá. Rozhodně doporučujeme :)

Tutto perfetto. La casa di Karla è molto accogliente e pulita. La cucina ha tutto ciò che ti serve. Il letto è molto comodo, il bagno e la doccia sono perfetti. Noi eravamo in 2 con un bambino, ci è stata data anche una culla che abbiamo tenuto nella grandissima camera da letto. Karla e la sua famiglia sono persone gentilissime e molto disponibili. La comunicazioneè stata eccellente. L'appartamento si trova a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal mare e a pochi passi dal centro storico di Vodice, ricco di ristoranti e bar. Nel giardino c'è un barbecue e si possono stendere asciugamani e bucato. C'è anche una lavatrice con prodotti per il bucato a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente. Parcheggio dell'auto sotto casa,con cancello. Tutto è stato perfetto. Torneremo sicuramente a casa di Karla se dovessimo tornare a Vodice. Posizione ottima, vicino a tutto, ma in zona silenziosa. L'unica cosa che aggiungerei sono le zanzariere, in modo da poter dormire senza l'aria condizionata. Tutto perfetto!

Wir hatten schöne drei Nächte hier in Haus D. Wir wurden von Danijela herzlich begrüßt und haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war super sauber. Und die Aussicht und Ruhe sind herrlich. Wir waren Anfang Mai da, also noch bevor die Saison startet. Der Pool war daher noch nicht eingerichtet. Der Pool ist nur in der Hauptsaison nutzbar. Wem es wichtig ist, bitte die Zeiten beachten. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden. In der Anlage sind Haustiere erlaubt. Viele unserer Nachbarn hatten Hunde dabei. Da es sich um Reihenhäuser handelt, ist es wichtig zu beachten, dass die Terrassen nah beieinander sind und man die Nachbarn mitbekommt. Unsere Nachbarn waren alle sehr respektvoll und ruhig. Das war sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit Danijela war großartig. Sie ist eine so herzliche und tolle Person, es war uns eine Freude sie kennenzulernen. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich super um uns gekümmert. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

If you really want to experience the spirit of Iz island, definitely reserve this house. It is a mixture of old and new. Easily can host up to 8-9 persons. The first major attraction is the kitchen built in an old croatian smoking room. Therefore you still have a stone oven which can be used as a pizza oven. Nonetheless, the kitchen is equipped with everything: fridge, dishwasher, gas cooker. It is also the coldest place if you want to hide from the heat. The second major attraction is the terrace where you can spend long evenings grilling local specialities on the gas grill. There is also a long table with benches and a large sofa. Near the terrace there is also a shower for cooling your body in case the heat is too high outside. The property has its own parking space, which is mandatory on the island as the parking space is limited. The owner is a nice guy, who can help you with infos regarding the places on the island. He talks german and english.

Super séjour ! Environnement calme et à 2 pas de la plage. Restaurants et commerces à proximité. La villa est très confortable. Un grand merci à Lucas pour sa disponibilité et ses conseils !
