Bungalow holiday rentals in Zadar

Ubytování v Pakoštane bylo naprosto perfektní a krásné. Skvěle vybavené a klidné místo. Večery na terase byly super. Paní Ana i její manžel byly velice milí a vždy nám se vším pomohli. Na pláž to bylo kousek. Byla to naše první dovolená u moře a byla SUPER. Vřele všem doporučuji a věřím, že se tam zase někdy vrátíme.

This is a great place. The price what you pay, is what you will get: a nice little house with everything in it, added with a beautiful view and privacy. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in the evenings and some nice walks in the surroundings. Despite some slow communication from the host before the trip, this holiday worked out great and Eva&Zdenek indeed did a great job with setting up this little gem at the sea. The place is highly recommended, so all future guests: please look after it when you are there so we can enjoy it for many more years coming :).

Geweldige plek aan het water met zicht op de baai en zeilschepen in de baai. Zwembad naast de locatie en strandje daarnaast. Eigenaren zijn enorm vriendelijk en hebben naast de vier vakantiewoningen ook nog een restaurant aan de baai met aanlegsteiger. Plaatsjes in de buurt zijn op 25 minuten rijden goed bereikbaar. Een aanrader!

Das Mobilheim von Samo ist wirklich genauso wie auf den Fotos - in Wirklichkeit sogar noch unglaublicher ausgestattet. Alles ist so wohl durchdacht. Auf der Terrasse, die ja tatsächlich eine vollwertige Außenküche aufweist, gibt es gleich 2 Ventilatoren! Überall gibt es super Fliegengitter. Die Ausstattung beider Küchen ist für Mobilhomes ungewöhnlich hochwertig bzw vielfältig. Klimaanlage super! Die Distanz zum Meer ist wie am Foto ersichtlich tatsächlich nur 50 Meter. Allerdings ist klar: von der Terrasse aus sieht man nicht aufs Wasser. Und: es ist ein ‚Bootsstrand‘ - zwar kann man zwischen den Booten ins Wasser (was auch viele Gäste, besonders Familien, machen), aber natürlich ist das nicht schön. Wir sind jeden Tag zum übernächsten Strand nördlich hinter dem nächsten Campingplatz gewandert - dort: wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge, super Strand, tolles Wasser! Preis von Samo halt unschlagbar! Die Häuschen am ‚schönen‘ Strand kosten fast 3x so viel, sind aber weniger gut ausgestattet…

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le bungalow. Endroit paisible et très ressourçant. Pas trop loin des lacs pour se baigner. Je recommande

Excellent séjour dans ce bungalow. La climatisation était extrêmement appréciable avec les chaleurs d'août, et tout le nécessaire était présent. Le logement est fidèle à la description, tout s'est très bien passé :)

Posizione strategica per spostarsi nei dintorni, camping tranquillo e mare stupendo! Il bungalow è molto spartano ma è funzionale..Amaca, barbecue etc.. Relax totale! Marjan è sempre disponibile in caso di bisogno e molto amichevole! Il ristorante è buonissimo e il personale molto cordiale (grazie Mario!). Dettaglio importante : cani accettati anche di grossa taglia come il nostro bovaro del Bernese 🙂!

Warm welcome, meeting Krasna and her husband was pleasure. Very friendly couple with useful information. We got welcome presents too. The semi detached apartment is at the end of a small road off the main road and next to a olive field that made it very private and quiet. We hed visitors as 3 cats on daily basis and several turtles walked across the fornt that made it special especially to our 9 year old daughter. The apartment was clean, tidy like it was just built. We had aircon that worked well. 8 minutes walk from sandy beach same to a beach bar, restaurant, bakery and shop. Central of Privlaka is about 5 minutes drive, Zadar is half an hour. We've met a lovely couple as neighbours arriving on same day from Germany. We had lovely time there and can only recommend. Thank you Krasna 🙂

Wir haben zu viert wundervolle Tage da verbracht und haben sie einfach nur genossen, haben uns gleich wie daheim gefühlt sogar mein Sohn Autist hat sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Also Fazit wir können es nur Empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Lage in der Nähe von Pakostane (30 Minuten zu Fuß) gelegen. Es war super sauber als wir ankamen und ist auch super wenn man mit Hund anreist. Die Terasse ist rundherum geschlossen, so das Hunde sich dort freibewegen könnnen. Auch toll ist die Nahe Lage zu einem Stand, wo auch Hunde mit dürfen. Wir würden wenn wir wieder in diese Gegend von Kroatien fahren, diese Unterkunft buchen :).

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub, die Lage des Grundstücks mit den beiden Mobilheimen ist großartig. Vlado und Sanda sind jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Es kam täglich ein Obst/ Gemüse Händler und ein Eiswagen vorbei, das war praktisch weil es kein Geschäft in der Nähe gibt. Wer das Meer und die Natur liebt ist hier goldrichtig.

We had a wonderful and memorable stay for 7 nights. The mobile home is very comfortable and we were received with great warmth and hospitality. The river is very beautiful and we all enjoyed exploring and swimming. We will certainly revisit if we can.

바닷가가 가깝고 바다가 보이는 매우훌륭한 게스트하우스입니다. 사진보다 집이 너무깨끗하고 편리합니다. 한가족이 와서 장단기로 묵기에 좋습니다.

lorena was a fantastic host. warm and inviting. the place was absolutely 💯 perfect. great location, peaceful and great pool area with everything we needed. will definitely want to return again soon. thank you Amy, Louise, Ann and Helen.
