Very spacious and comfortable beach house. It had what it took for kids and adults to have fun. In addition, the location on the beach is spectacular, beautiful beach and sunsets.

Everything great about the place and location....the weather wasn't! 37 degrees everyday, but the pool was absolute heaven! We felt very comfortable in the house which was great because with the heat, we mostly stayed home. I had dropped by ID, received a phone call from Pim which I hadn't heard but he was already on his way to the airport to return it to me!!!! An angel, definitely went out of his way. We would definitely come back to the same place, just not in May. Thanks, Pim and Rita, who found my ID.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable and the host was very nice to us. Definitely recommend the place.

Gaby was amazing throughout our stay. She stayed in contact, answered our questions and went above and beyond when we needed something printing. The house is clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and three bathrooms. Gaby has gone out of her way to make you feel at home with extra special touches like a range of hats, sun lotion and insect spray, buckets and spades for the kids all available. The pool area is beautiful. We loved spending time out there and in the jacuzzi. The sign on the wall says that she is always happy to answer questions and this is really true. we loved our stay and would recommend it to everybody.

The best stay in Xul-Ha, the property is beautiful, it has everything you need, at the foot of the lagoon so we didn't need to go out much to different places, it's all you need for an excellent family vacation. The house is quite large, we loved that everyone had their space and privacy. The only thing I could recommend would be to change the showers, even so we could use them, however there was no good pressure. Lourdes' service was impeccable, she was very attentive the whole time and gave us all the recommendations! We will definitely be back!

An excellent place to stay, it gives you a lot of peace

Fernanda is an excellent host, nice and attentive, and the photos don't do justice to how wonderful the house is. It is very well located, where you feel you will find peace. It is beautiful, and the location is excellent. My daughter enjoys it very much. It's worth the cost, and Fer's attention. The house is new and every detail was very well thought out. It gives peace and tranquility and above all security. I would definitely stay there again, and I would recommend it 100%

This place was magical! Private, romantic, beautiful inside and outside. We rented a car which we definitely recommend mostly bcuz of the heat. Easy parking & also safe. It was far enough from the noise but close enough into town and 10-15 mins from the beach. We loved it and will definitely be going back. We felt so at peace as soon as we stepped inside. Can’t recommend it enough! Also the communication was instant. Worth every penny!

We really loved our stay at Paco’s place! The house was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. The location was super convenient—everything was close by, and the neighborhood felt really safe and welcoming. Honestly, we felt right at home the whole time. Paco was a great host too. Would def stay here again

Excellent apartment, very well equipped, quiet. The roof top terrace is a real plus, very nice. You can do anything by foot easily. There's plenty to park if you have a car. Carlos is at his best. Anyway, go for it!!!

The condo was wonderful and Michaela was an incredible host. We enjoyed the amazing views and comfortable apartment and felt very well taken care of. Michaela was remarkably responsive when a couple little things came up and made the entire experience smooth. The location on Half Moon Bay was perfect- we snorkeled right out front of the building, using the ample equipment they provided, and loved walking to the beach bars in Akumal (especially Buena Vida and La Lunita). It was also an easy walk to the lagoon, which was a must see as well. Having seen Tulum, we were so glad to have the much more laid back vibe of Akumal. The condo was perfectly located for an easy but peaceful stay with lots of swimming in the pool and staring at the blue water. For what it’s worth, the elevator was working almost the entire time we were there, but was out for part of a day. We did not end up making use of the rooftop area- it wasn’t really necessary with the lovely deck on the apartment.

This is a 5 stars place no doubt! If we could give more than 5 stars for cleanliness we would as we found the house spotless on all fronts. Great communication for ease of check in and check out. Excellent for groups given the numerous seating areas that can accommodate 8-10 people all at once, outdoor as well as indoor. Accessing the ocean for a swim is swift although you have to cross over the concrete wall or step over sideways so maybe a little difficult for low-mobility individuals. Don't miss these raved about sunset swims tho! Would definitely come back!

Loved my experience in this very special villa. The copper tub is a great touch and it's absolutely priceless to have your own private pool. Great communication with the host. I will be back!

We loved the stay! We’ve stayed in a good amount of houses on this beach and this one is our favorite! The house attendant Eric who is the chef is the best!! Can’t say enough, he’s so nice makes the best food and it’s a killer deal. We usually like to go out to a few expensive nice restaurants while we are there, we went to one and all decided Eric’s cooking is better so we canceled our other reservations and ate at the house for all the meals! Definitely add that. The house is perfectly clean and in great shape. It’s set up perfectly and we can’t wait to come back! Jeff was great to work with and we even had to change the dates of our trip and he was more than accommodating! We can’t say enough about our stay.

We have been in 5 cabins in Tulumcito and without a doubt with Jorge we no longer want to try another one, we are sure that we will return, we were super comfortable, they really think of everything and supply all your needs! We were very happy and we are very satisfied indeed!!! They have a power plant, we always had water and we had an amazing time. Thanks Jorge for everything

Tarpon Bay was everything we hoped for—and more. The photos and descriptions are spot-on, but the real experience is even better. From the moment we booked, Julie was incredibly communicative and helpful. When we arrived, Ara, her housekeeper, was waiting for us at the water taxi and made sure we were settled in. She was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The house itself was beautiful, spotless, and exactly what we were looking for. A bonus was having the hotel right across the street. We practically had the beach to ourselves the entire time. The hotel staff were all amazing, the food was delicious, and the drinks were even better. If you’re looking for something a little removed from the busier parts of town, this is the perfect spot. It’s a bit of a ride into San Pedro, and yes, the golf cart path can get a little bumpy—but that’s part of the adventure. Just be mindful of “mosquito hour” right at sunset if you’re riding back from town!

If you’re looking for a complete escape from reality… this is the place for you. It’s beautiful, quiet, there’s no loud noises, traffic, or annoying neighbors. Just the ocean, nature and a tranquil place to reset. We saw Hawksbill sea turtles laying their eggs, flamingos flying over head, crabs running sideways, and geckos calling to each other all around. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend staying here.

Our family of six with kids ages 6 months to 8 years loved staying at Nirvana Blue. The privacy and natural surroundings are beyond exceptional. We chose to have a private chef for the duration of our stay, which elevated our stay significantly. Jose planned our daily menus and cooked delicious meals three times per day. He was also great company and helped us better understand local culture and nearby opportunities. We cannot wait to return.

The space was beautiful, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly. The neighborhood has some great restaurants, and with a rental car, we found it easy to get around town and to the beach, which is about 20 minutes away depending on where you park. There are plenty of good food options nearby—not just in the immediate neighborhood but also in the central part of town and near the beach. We traveled with a toddler and found this to be a great place to stay, especially since we spent our evenings and a few afternoon hours indoors while he napped. Having a comfortable and beautiful space made a big difference. The pool is shaded for most of the day, so the water can be a bit chilly compared to the ocean, but that wasn’t a problem for us—just something to be aware of. There is some daytime noise from leaf blowers and general upkeep, but in our case, it didn’t disturb our child’s sleep and wasn’t an issue. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return!
