This is Top 5 Airbnbs I've stayed in! Pablo was there for check-in and did a walkthrough, which was very helpful! There are a *ton* of amenities so it was nice to be made aware of everything. They've really thought of everything from the renter's perspective and what could be needed, top tier! It's in a private location so I felt very safe and it was very peaceful, both inside and out. I stayed on the bottom floor and didn't hear a peep from the person staying on the top. I entered my Bad Back era a few years ago and dread sleeping in any bed but my own but this was beyond comfortable and supportive, I slept like a rock every night! Julius and Pablo are beyond hospitable, beyond accommodating and understanding, I highly highly recommend this space!

If you’re looking for a complete escape from reality… this is the place for you. It’s beautiful, quiet, there’s no loud noises, traffic, or annoying neighbors. Just the ocean, nature and a tranquil place to reset. We saw Hawksbill sea turtles laying their eggs, flamingos flying over head, crabs running sideways, and geckos calling to each other all around. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend staying here.

Muy amplia y comoda casa en la playa. Tuvo lo necesario para que chicos y grandes nos divirtieramos. Además, la ubicación en la playa esta espectacular, hermosa playa y atardeceres.

Everything great about the place and location....the weather wasn't! 37 degrees everyday, but the pool was absolute heaven! We felt very comfortable in the house which was great because with the heat, we mostly stayed home. I had dropped by ID, received a phone call from Pim which I hadn't heard but he was already on his way to the airport to return it to me!!!! An angel, definitely went out of his way. We would definitely come back to the same place, just not in May. Thanks, Pim and Rita, who found my ID.

This is a 5 stars place no doubt! If we could give more than 5 stars for cleanliness we would as we found the house spotless on all fronts. Great communication for ease of check in and check out. Excellent for groups given the numerous seating areas that can accommodate 8-10 people all at once, outdoor as well as indoor. Accessing the ocean for a swim is swift although you have to cross over the concrete wall or step over sideways so maybe a little difficult for low-mobility individuals. Don't miss these raved about sunset swims tho! Would definitely come back!

Logement incroyable, hôte très réactive et endroit magnifique. L’arrivée fait un peu peur car le logement est un peu perdu, mais ne vous inquiétez pas, une fois dans le logement vous aller avoir un univers que pour vous. Dans le logement il y’a tout, tout marche très bien et bien propre. On a passé un séjour incroyable Chez Casa Catarina !

La casa es bellísima y muy cómoda y el anfitrión fue muy amable con nosotros. Sin duda, recomiendo el lugar.

El alojamiento de Mami es estupendo. Muy amplio y cómodo. Tiene todo para que tengas una estancia agradable. Incluso sillas de playa por si quieres ir a una playa cercana. Todo estaba impecable e incluso había cortesías en el refrigerador, lo cual me parece un detalle bellísimo que no todos los anfitriones tienen.

Fernanda es una excelente anfitriona, linda y atenta, y las fotos se quedan pequeñas con lo maravillosa que es la casita, esta super bien ubicada, donde te sientes vas a encontrar paz, es bellisima, y la ubicación es excelente. Mi hija la disfruto muchisimo. Vale la pena el costo, y las atenciones de Fer la casa es nueva y cada detalle fue muy bien pensado. Da una paz y una tranquilidad y sobre todo seguridad. Sin duda volveria a hospedarme ahi., y la recomendaria 100 %

Awesome! Definitivamente el mejor lugar que puedas encontrar en Playa del Carmen, el departamento se sentía como estar en casa, no le hace faltama absolutamente nada, tiene todo, su departamento y las instalaciones de lujo, las amenidades grandiosas, Olivia fue muy atenta y muy amable, caminar a la 5ta avenida era un grandioso paseo, son como 12 minutos, definitivamente regresare! el mejor lugar de Playacar está aquí!

This place was magical! Private, romantic, beautiful inside and outside. We rented a car which we definitely recommend mostly bcuz of the heat. Easy parking & also safe. It was far enough from the noise but close enough into town and 10-15 mins from the beach. We loved it and will definitely be going back. We felt so at peace as soon as we stepped inside. Can’t recommend it enough! Also the communication was instant. Worth every penny!

Expérience génial dans la Casa Santo ! 2 nuits en pleine jungle où nous avons pu déconnecter dans un confort optimal, les lits sont très confortables, et la piscine vraiment impressionnante.. le chef à domicile vaut clairement son prix, repas sur mesure de très grande qualité, nous recommandons à 100%. Les routes d’accès sont encore un peu en travaux mais l’hôte nous avait indiqué précisément comment arriver, nous reviendrons!

This villa was exactly what our group was looking for…a beautiful setting away from the crowds where we could swim, play, cook and relax. The family of caretakers live just next door and went above and beyond to meet our every need. They even shared their food with us and when we left their young son gifted our family a small lego ship…his genuine smile melted our hearts.

We stayed at Jorge's place with the 6 of us for 5 days. This AirBnB is abaolutely gorgeous. It's like you walked straight into a pinterest picture. The house is super well furnished, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped and everything was very clean. and the views.. oh my. beautiful! The bedrooms are very spacious and beautifully made and the bathrooms have everything you need and are clean! Jorge was very flexible about an earlier check in, welcomed us at the house and explained all the important things. He also provided us with some local tips for restaurants and made sure to answer all our questions in a very timely manner. We had a great time at this place and we will for sure consider coming back in the future.

Appartement au top, très bien équipé, calme. La terrasse sur le toit est un vrai plus, très agréable. Vous pourrez tout faire à pied facilement. Il y a de quoi se garer si vous avez une voiture. Carlos est au top. Bref, foncez!!!

Hemos estado en 5 cabañas de Tulumcito y sin duda con Jorge ya no queremos probar otra más, estamos seguros de que regresaremos, estuvimos súper cómodos, realmente piensan en todo y suplen todas tus necesidades! Tarpon Bay was everything we hoped for—and more. The photos and descriptions are spot-on, but the real experience is even better. From the moment we booked, Julie was incredibly communicative and helpful. When we arrived, Ara, her housekeeper, was waiting for us at the water taxi and made sure we were settled in. She was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The house itself was beautiful, spotless, and exactly what we were looking for. A bonus was having the hotel right across the street. We practically had the beach to ourselves the entire time. The hotel staff were all amazing, the food was delicious, and the drinks were even better. If you’re looking for something a little removed from the busier parts of town, this is the perfect spot. It’s a bit of a ride into San Pedro, and yes, the golf cart path can get a little bumpy—but that’s part of the adventure. Just be mindful of “mosquito hour” right at sunset if you’re riding back from town!

I cannot recommend Tina's home highly enough. From booking to checkout, the process was easy and seamless. The home is gorgeous and has everything you need and more. The view cannot be beat. The pool was refreshing after a day out snorkeling or into town or to Caye Caulker. Eva, the house manager, virtually acts as a personal concierge - seeing to everything you could possibly need at the house, tons of contacts for snorkeling, fishing, massages (at the dock) and restaurants. She met us as we docked and was available throughout our stay to ensure a wonderful visit to Belize. As noted in the description, the house is a 25-minute golf cart ride on, at times, an unpaved dirt road. It can be bumpy but overall it's definitely worth it. The beds were comfy, the A/C was a dream, and we cooked a few meals there and found everything we needed. We hated to leave but are grateful for the hospitality and beautiful place to visit. If you're considering a San Pedro visit, this is the place!

I had a wonderful experience with Mar y Miel place, the house was beautiful and clean! My host Rachel was a really friendly and helpful, and Nadia helps me with my tours and she was also friendly and helpful too ☺️ i do recommend 100% !!

Our family of six with kids ages 6 months to 8 years loved staying at Nirvana Blue. The privacy and natural surroundings are beyond exceptional. We chose to have a private chef for the duration of our stay, which elevated our stay significantly. Jose planned our daily menus and cooked delicious meals three times per day. He was also great company and helped us better understand local culture and nearby opportunities. We cannot wait to return.

Amazing place to stay. Walkable to all things such as places to eat, bars,shopping and transportation. Would definitely come back to stay !
