Just as described! Conveniently located next door to a great grocery store. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and rental spots for ATVs/cars. The place was very clean as well as the entire condominium it’s in. Hosts were great, very responsive and had great recommendations for beach clubs. I would stay here again.

Loved my stay at Pablo’s! The room is small but literally had everything you can think of when you are away from home in the quiet area of Aldea Zama. The Akua building amenities were excellent: co-working space, gym, shared laundry and a beautiful rooftop with a pool, good WiFi connection and sunset views. Would stay again!

Great place for great price!

I had a wonderful 51 night stay. Laurie is a super host- a score of 10/10! She responded immediately when contacted and immediately resolved any issues that needed to be addressed. I reported a leaky kitchen faucet and the next morning a plumber was there to change it and fix it. 5 star service! The location is ideal-within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes , 5th Avenue and the downtown area. Bicycles are provided if you want to get around on one. There are plenty of towels and linens-beach towels too. House cleaning service is provided which is a plus since i was not looking forward to sweeping and mopping on my vacation! Laurie even arranged to have drinking water delivered for me and had her cleaning staff there to receive it so I would not have to stay home and wait for it! I got to completely enjoy my vacation. The internet is fast and reliable. If the place is available I would definitely recommend it for your stay in Playa del Carmen.

This was our first adventure off of a resort in mexico and it was absolutely amazing. We felt very comfortable and safe in the area. The lagoon is breathtaking and with the paddle boards and kayaks we got to see and explore the diversity of the lagoon. Its also a 5 minute paddle to Catalonia beach where there is white sandy beaches and more snorkeling. We were hoping to do more fishing in the lagoon, but its very weedy so we went to the main beach and fished off the rocks there. When we got there, we noticed that a ac unit was leaking. We messaged the host, and they replied and showed up and fixed it all within 30 minutes! We were very impressed the whole week with how responsive and helpful everyone was. I even forgot my wallet at a local restaurant the day we were leaving and hector offered to go get it and ship it back! I cant say Thank you enough! We will definitely be recommending your place, and will be booking again.

Marc and Nico's place is beautiful, clean and well organized! They were very responsive to all communication and very easy to reach! I would recommend them and their place 100%. 1 small detail... there was no dish towels under than that, all was really great.

Daniel’s place was amazing! Perfect location very central to everything in Tulum! I had an issue with AC in my first unit and he moved me to another one that was identical pronto! Awesome communication. Daniel was a pleasure! Only thing I would recommend to make it even better is a full body mirror in the unit! But I’m just a girl who loves to take pictures lol

I LOVED staying at Elizaveta's apartment. It is a comfy, quiet and lovely space. I really enjoyed having my own little back yard and plunge pool too. The building is very pet friendly which is a huge plus It's a wonderful building and the staff is very helpful. There is 24 hour security and I always felt safe. I could easily walk to little shops and restaurants in about 10 minutes. I cannot wait to go back and stay there again!!!! I miss it already!!

Mark was a wonderful host. His place was located close to everything we needed. Having bikes to use was a real plus going to the beach. He helped us with food recommendations and getting a taxi to the bus station.

We had a great stay at Rubi’s place. This was our first visit to Merida and the location was great. We were close enough to walk all over the lively city center, but got to go home to a quiet place. It was a bit hectic during what seemed to be “rush hr” as there are tons of people outside waiting for the bus, but aside from the early evening hrs, it was a peaceful home base with easily accessible parking. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Wow! As my husband said countless times, "this Airbnb thought of everything!" From the second we booked this place, we were treated like royalty. They created a group chat for us weeks in advance to help us get prepared for our trip, book our excursions, car services, answer our questions, grocery shop for us, you name it. And they were incredibly responsive throughout our stay as well. Their guidebook alone was above and beyond what most rentals offer. The pool is amazing and so private! The best part for us was that our toddler couldn't get in it by himself, so it was also safe. This Airbnb is a perfect space to escape the Merida heat and simultaneously the exact place you can't wait to come back to after a long day of exploring.

Excellent place to spend time with family, my stay was very pleasant. I recommend it.

Daniels place was wonderful for our stay. We were there for a week and the pool was beautiful and used every day. We enjoyed the large rooms and very comfortable beds. A couple things to note we had someone come and clean during our stay because the floors felt dirty but Daniel was very quick to get that fixed for us. The stove is older so you have to light it with a lighter and only 2 of the 6 burners worked well. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes and pots/pans. There was also a water dispenser which helped with the hot days we were there for. The darkening shades and air conditioners made sleeping quite comfortable. The location was very easy to get to the main city area and was extremely safe feeling too. The large table made it possible for all our family to stop by and eat together which was a wonderful bonus. Overall we enjoyed Daniels place and would be happy to book again if we visit Campeche again.

The house is beautiful and the private one is very quiet however when we arrived the house had some damage such as broken doors and the host was told and his solution was to charge us, it is seen that they did not review how they were going to deliver the house to us. I recommend that they take evidence of everything they find from the first moment they enter the house

We enjoyed the stay from the very first moment. The apartment, it´s kitchen, bathroom all is brand new. At the same time it feels modern and cozy. The balcony is great and we loved how quiet and peaceful the entire area is. The communication was working very well also. We´d be happy to come back to Puerto Aventuras and for sure would select this place again!

Our family of four, including a senior and a toddler, enjoyed a perfect stay at this spotless condo. We were a originally at a beachfront resort a couple blocks away but didn't care for the party scene there. We discovered Miranda on a walk so we relocated there for 5 nights. We loved the condo's location close to the beach and on Calle 38. We enjoy the rooftop pool once or twice a day as the perfect spot to cool down and recharge, and it was never crowded or noisy. The building is safe and immaculate. The condo itself was stocked with all the essentials we needed, and Chedraui was an easy walk to pick up groceries in the stroller. Everything is new and spotless, the decor is modern and tasteful, the balcony is huge, and the ACs in each room worked perfectly. Christian was a fabulous host and made for a seamless arrival and departure. We really felt at home and would love to stay again someday. Thank you!

Would book again in a heartbeat! The building is well maintained, clean, and staff are friendly. The rooftop pool gets plenty of sun, the gym is well equipped, and common spaces are thoughtfully designed. Jorgeva was responsive and addressed any issues we had quickly.

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

Loved the condo, it was exactly like the pictures very pretty. I will be coming back! The condo was clean and all our request were fulfilled. The owner was amazing and the cleaning lady did a wonderful job in cleaning our condo when we requested. Thank you so much for everything, we had a fantastic time.

Clean, well-maintained, close to shops and places to eat. If you are sensitive to noise you should know that it is not from the quieter buildings.
