Wonderful place to stay and very helpful host!

The condo was wonderful and Michaela was an incredible host. We enjoyed the amazing views and comfortable apartment and felt very well taken care of. Michaela was remarkably responsive when a couple little things came up and made the entire experience smooth. The location on Half Moon Bay was perfect- we snorkeled right out front of the building, using the ample equipment they provided, and loved walking to the beach bars in Akumal (especially Buena Vida and La Lunita). It was also an easy walk to the lagoon, which was a must see as well. Having seen Tulum, we were so glad to have the much more laid back vibe of Akumal. The condo was perfectly located for an easy but peaceful stay with lots of swimming in the pool and staring at the blue water. For what it’s worth, the elevator was working almost the entire time we were there, but was out for part of a day. We did not end up making use of the rooftop area- it wasn’t really necessary with the lovely deck on the apartment.

Lillian is a beautiful soul inside and out !! She was very responsive and helpful with local ideas . The place was beautiful and peaceful. Not far from the beach, not far from town . We met thunder and her in person upon arrival, and we just laughed! Felt like I’d known them my whole life ! Thank you for letting me celebrate my birthday at your place !!! We will definitely be back , and looking at her other rentals !! We appreciate a host like you !!

Jim’s place was absolutely amazing! The snorkeling right off the ladder was incredible. The water was crystal clear and a blast to swim in. We had a great jumping off the wall into the deep clear blue water! We felt right at home as the place has EVERYTHING you need to relax, cook and enjoy a great vacation!

Amazing location! Beachfront and in an exclusive private beach. The bay waters are very calm so perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The unit is beautifully decorated and it’s very well equipped. The plunge pool in the large balcony overlooking the turquoise ocean was a great way to cool off without leaving the room. And the rooftops? Wow! The gym that overlooks the jungle and on the other side, a second large rooftop deck with a roof pool where you can see the most amazing sunsets, with ocean views of the entire bay. BBQ grill and pizza oven on the deck as well. The location is perfect, only 10 minutes on the main road, from Tulum town and the hotels beach area, away from the noise but a fast and easy ride to go enjoy a night in the town. The hosts were friendly, responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and we look forward to coming back to this paradise!

Very good apartment. We loved the condo, it has everything you could want; you can go to the public beach, the Kay beach club or get a pass at the Bahia Principe hotels. Very close to Akumal to snorkel with turtles (unmissable), the archaeological zone and cenotes. The beds are comfortable and it has a good space on the balcony. Ruben always responded quickly and kindly.

Amazing service and good location

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

The comfortable place, with all the amenities mentioned, had hot and cold water. The kitchen was very useful. The only thing is that you can hear a lot of noise from the other tenants. Clear and useful instructions.

Magical! This was one of our favorite finds. The lagoon and cenotes on property were amazing! Great local food. The little beach area of Akumal was great to walk around. We found a fun breakfast place nearby called Jungle Cafe and the La Buena Vida restaurant for lunch was on the ocean and had a pool on site for our kids to swim in after lunch. But the true highlight was the comfortable condo, serene environment, walks to the cenotes, swimming in the lagoon, pool and swinging in the hammock. We hope to be back someday to have another magical visit.

This was an amazing place to spend a couple nights in Holbox!! The host was fantastic. We got some great food recommendations and she went above and beyond when there was a closure of the port that affected our departure timing. Communication was fantastic and I will 100% stay here again if I come back.

Great stay! Only downside was there were only two shower towels and had issues with the AC kicking off during the day and in the middle of the night… Easy access to everything you want to do in Tulum!

Being a host myself I read reviews and want a clean safe place. This place checked all those boxes and more. This was a girls trip for my friends birthday We felt safe and well takin care of. We ordered groceries ahead of time so they were in the room when we arrived . Joel works in the office and was ABSOLUTELY so nice and helpful. All of the staff here work so hard. If you want a nice condo by the ocean don't hesitate to book . I would absolutely stay here again and trust me when I say I am picky. Great stay! Clean apartment, responsive host, and 5 min bike ride to town or 15 to hotel zone. Be aware, it is in an apartment building, so you can hear inconsiderate/loud guests.

This Airbnb was amazing looks just like the pictures it was so clean and beautiful I was in heaven and the host was friendly as we’ll always communicate with me and even answered all my questions

This is my second time staying here. This building is so clean and the owners keep on top of the maintenance. I felt safe each time I stayed here and I will stay here again and again.

This condo was absolutely beautiful!!!! We loved our stay in the Sunset Caribe! Mariah is theeee best hostess evvvvveeerrr!! She responds so fast, solves the issues that are brought to her attention and gives recommendations of things to do. The instructions guide she listed was amazing and sooo helpful! I’m truly happy I found this place on Airbnb. It was awesome! Mariah gets 10’s across the board!!!!

Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. They were always available to answer any questions, offer fantastic local recommendations, and made sure every detail of our trip was smooth and stress free. It truly felt like staying with a friend who wanted us to experience the best of Tulum.
