Huge concrete driveway you could play corn hole on or other games. Sleeps 12 total in 4 beds one futon and one pull out couch. Over 10 guests is an additional 20.00 charge per person.

We are located 0.3 miles from Anderson University, 1 mile from down town Paramount theatre. This is a house all to yourself with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Staci's Home was absolutely perfect for our visit to Muncie, IN. Although we only "needed a place to lay our heads", this beautiful home was welcoming, clean, private, quiet, and all accommodating (the cupboards are even labeled, we LOVE it). Everyone got their own space when it was time for rest, and when the time for morning coffee arrived, the Living Room gave us a large, comfy gathering spot. I highly recommend Staci's Home to those looking for a relaxing atmosphere.

Very convenient location, nice layout and furniture. We didn’t get to use the outdoor areas as much as we wanted due to cold weather, but the yard looked very nice. The host was friendly and helpful. This was a perfect option for my visiting family that came to Muncie for my son’s graduation festivities.

Our stay at the greenhouse was great. The listing was accurate. The place is perfect for a small family and a little getaway. The house was very clean with well written instructions and a book with ideas of nearby food and places to visit. The house was responsive And even accommodated an early check-in. There was complementary coffee and the bathroom already had shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, many amenities that was nice with a long distance travel..

Ryan was an excellent host and definitely exceeded all expectations that I had. My family and I drove 2 days to get to Muncie for an event at Ball State University. A great location to get to the University. The house looked exactly like the pictures posted. Beautiful and very well kept. If we ever need to go back to Muncie we will definitely want to stay again. We felt like we were home and all of our needs were met. All I can say is EXCELLENT!!
