Cabin holiday rentals in Yorktown Heights

We had a delightful weekend retreat and Maxwell's. The house was quiet and felt secluded. The natural setting was pretty. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, beautiful Japanese Maple, and nearby hiking trails.

We were two families from NYC that spend three nights at this place. The house was more than spacious for the 8 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed the four person hot tub, the firepit and badminton set. The kitchen was really well equipped for cooking and the beds were super comfortable. John was just a text away for any questions.

Wonderful stay! Great for a nice-needed getaway. Hosts were really responsive and communicative, probably the most seamless experience I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. Kitchen was wonderful, master bedroom was great, hot tub was splendid. Living room felt a bit cramped, but insignificant compared to other positives. Would stay again! We went as a couple, but 2 couples would be comfortable here.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy, comfortable cabin by the river. We shopped in several of the cute shops, and had two delicious lunches, in town; we made breakfasts and dinners at the cabin. It’s a great spot by the river. Erica was friendly, attentive, and responded quickly when we had questions.

We had such a great stay at Eugene’s place! The house was perfect for our group — spacious, comfortable, and full of fun things to do. We especially loved the private theatre, the hot tub, and especially the sauna — such a great touch! The volleyball net was a hit, and there were tons of games in the closet that kept us entertained. The kitchen was well-stocked and roomy enough for us to cook meals for our large group, and there were plenty of different areas to hang out in, everyone could find their own space to relax. The towels were plentiful (huge plus) and having access to the washer and dryer came in handy during our stay. Eugene was a fantastic host — super friendly, very responsive, and just really helpful all around. We also got to enjoy a few deer sightings right in the yard, which felt magical. We visited the nearby alpaca farm and did the Beer Mountain hike, which was a nice outing. All in all, a wonderful stay. Would absolutely come back. Thank you Eugene!

A wonderfully relaxing place to stay. The hot tub and sauna are wonderful, as is the bedroom with the view of the mountains. We plan to come back soon.

The house was amazing! It had plenty of room for all 10 of us. The best amenity was the hot tub for sure! We spent most of our time in there. Rachel was a fantastic communicator and was on top of everything. The place is nice and secluded. The one thing is it’s pretty hard to get an uber to get into Woodstock so make sure you can drive or rent a bus/car. All and all, one of the best places I’ve stayed in and will def be going back next year!

Alex’s cabin was charming and comfortable. I appreciate that there was no TV- instead, a large picture window over-looking the pond valley (which we appeared to have exclusive access to.) Everything listed in the property description and amenities was there when we arrived. Also, it was a woodland birder’s paradise! We can’t wait to come back!

Had an incredible stay here. Ran into a few issues with the a/c & plumbing, but Dariusz responded immediately and was extremely helpful. The area is beautiful and the house was amazing. Felt really safe and it was the perfect spot for me my sister and two dogs. Would definitely book this spot again. The location was great, close enough to do things but just far enough to have some alone time!

Emily and Carol were wonderful hosts. They were responsive to our questions and provided great recommendations. Sitting on the balcony with the view of the trees and the lake beyond was tranquil. The living area is cozily furnished and both the fireplace and tv were easy to use. The nearby community beach was fun to visit and an added benefit of the stay. Great location with plenty of good food and small town charm!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place to get away for the weekend with just the right amount of amenities for glamping. William was very responsive and let us know what to expect before we booked our stay. The porta-Jon was spotless and cleaner than even some bathrooms that I’ve seen. The space was quiet and allowed privacy for our dogs to roam around and enjoy the outdoors. We truly cannot thank William enough for allowing us to stay and we hope to book again in the future.

This was our third stay at this beautiful home, and once again, it was perfect! The view is absolutely stunning, and the space is always clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful—communication is always quick and smooth. We truly feel at home every time we stay here. Highly recommended! ❤️

Phoebe was hard at work in the yard when I arrived but stopped to handle checkin and orientation. Everything very easy to follow.

We had a great stay! The house is very nice, with a spacious backyard and plenty of things to do inside. The kitchen was well-equipped and made cooking easy and enjoyable. Clinton was quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. The grass was a bit high. Also, just a friendly reminder to be cautious about insects—we did find a few ticks on ourselves and our dogs. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the peaceful setting and thoughtful amenities.

Jessica is both such a lovely person and host, and also has the most lovely home away from home cabin. She was responsive, gave us wonderful recommendations, and was so clear with our check in and check outs. She made sure we felt right at home and in this place, it’s impossible not to. There’s a beautiful guest notes book where you can see all the other people who felt taken care of just as we did. It was spotless and we were able to bring our pets without issue. They loved looking out the windows as we cooked in the kitchen! All in all, Jessica’s a wonderful host, has a beautiful sweet home that we adored, and we will no doubt come back. For the price offered and the ability to include our furry friends, it was more than worth it. And another thing we’re so grateful for to Jessica is that we had check in and check out times that were different from what was offered and she was so generous with allowing us to be able to adjust our times. Thank you, Jessica! We will absolutely be back.

Loved it! The cabin is perfect. And quiet and nestled in the woods. Great for dogs too. And there’s a wonderful hike up Mt Gaurdian right at the theatre. A nice retreat from the city right in the heart of Woodstock

Lisette was an ANGEL. She was very responsive and very welcoming. The cottage is beautiful— looks JUST like the pictures. Lots of outdoor space and overall very calm, peaceful, and quiet.

Had such an amazing time. Place and location was beautiful. Andrew made my stayed a pleasant one. I'll definitely be back soon!

We had a fantastic stay at Jason and Sarissa’s place! They were incredibly kind and communicative, checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was clean, cozy, and the perfect escape from the city—peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. Even when it rained, the space had such a calming, tranquil vibe that made us want to just relax and soak it all in. You can tell they’ve put a lot of care into creating a warm and welcoming experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and recharge!

The Nordic Cabin was the perfect setting for my husband and I to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. The cabin is beautiful and the modern design, furnishings, and decor really stand out. Instructions of how to get into the cabin and the pitcures provided made check in and check out a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked. A bottle of white wine and a few treats were left for us. The kitchen offered different spices, oils, milk, and eggs. Kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishes, cups, glasses, etc are provided, as well as cleaning supplies. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the cozy living room and slept well in the beautiful bedroom. Last, I have to say that the first time we opened the gate at night, after dinner in Warwick, and saw all of the outdoor lights on, really made it feel like we were entering an enchanted garden. Would definitely come back!! Thank you Kamil and Margaret!!

Our stay in CT was truly as peaceful and relaxing as it could get! The cottage was in pristine condition and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend this lovely space to anyone wanting to stay in the area. The host is very responsive as well which made checking in and out super easy for us.

We had a serene and luxurious stay at Fil and Ellie’s. The inside of the home is comfortable and they seem to have thought of every detail. We so enjoyed the peace and quiet, the views of the beautiful trees, and our soaks in the tub. This felt like a private oasis- a true slice of heaven.

This beautiful Cabin was just magical. We walked in and right away felt at ease and got the sense that we were on vacation. This home is beautifully appointed and has a sense of nostalgia with the original woodwork mixed with modern and upscale finishes. There was immense attention to detail in the atmosphere, and a flow to the home. I appreciated it very much. Our hosts were very responsive to all communication and we felt well cared for. We were welcomed with a lovely gift of coffee from a local roaster and we enjoyed it over the course of our stay. It rained the entire time we were there but it didn't put a damper on our stay at all as being inside this cabin was enough to keep us content. Great views of the lake were really great to enjoy from the enclosed sunroom. Thankful for the opportunity.

Lanthe and Josephine’s cabin was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at peace. The space is warm, thoughtfully decorated, and nestled in such a serene location, perfect for a quiet getaway from the city. Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. You can truly feel the love and care that went into creating this space. It was the perfect setting to relax, reconnect, and make meaningful memories.
