The Perfect View Virginia

The Perfect View is located on the Beautiful Rappahannock River with the most gorgeous Sunsets in the Northern Neck. I provide a pier, fishing fear, kayaks,and you can swim in the water. I also have a Brute Magnet to treasure hunt on the river bottom. There is a rental fee and waiver to sign. I'm a Chef and provide breakfast &Dinner for an additional cost. You will have a frig and a grill as well. You catch em ! I'll clean em and cook them! I also steam crabs on sight during season.

Our story? We listed on Airbnb after a friend's son used Airbnb as a dorm. So, we decided to use our space to serve long-term female guests such as military wives, students & traveling nurses as well as short-term travelers. We consider it a true blessing getting to host so many great guests. Because we value our guests, we offer 10% student, military, 1st responder, clergy plus long-term discounts. Breakfast items, snax, coffee/tea provided.
