Historic Powhatan Resort is a great place to stay. Clean, beautiful grounds. Pool was lovely, plenty of space, kids side and adults side. Nice Staff. Perfectly located for exploring the area. Close to groceries, good resaurants. Very quiet when we were there, but it probably depends on who is placed next to you. The unit itself was HUGE for 4 of us. We all had our own space if we wanted it. Clean upon check in, some where and tear. Beds very comfy. Kitchen was appointed with just enough tools to function, if you like to cook bring your extra tools and supplies. Ants and millipedes came into the unit at the end the trip, but I assumed it was due to the rains. Locals appreared unphazed, so I guess its a Virginia thing. Tania was responsive on the few questions we had. Totally recommend!!

Close to most things you'd want to do in a visit to wmsbg. Very clean and we loved using the indoor heated pool at the aquaticcenter and would love to stay again in warmer weather to enjoy other family friendly amenities

Our family, aged, 5-75, had a great stay at the Hilton Powhatan Resort. We had plenty of space! It was basically two separate apartments - one upstairs and one downstairs. Each with two bedrooms (one en-suite), 2 bathrooms, and each had a full kitchen and living room. The downstairs one had a nice outdoor sitting area. The resort itself was great w 3 pools - pool towels provided there. You get 2 parking spots but they have guest spots as well. Everyone was friendly. Countless restaurants and stores within 5 minutes of the resort. No list of instructions for check-out. We loved it! We would definitely stay again.

Very nice place a short distance from central Williamsburg. Very clean and had everything you’ll need. Nice deck also! I would gladly stay here again.

Extremly clean, spacious not to mention there was and upstairs sitting area with a flat screen TV to our one bedroom unit. Great stay and price

This place was wonderful. Everything was as described. Very neat, clean and SPACIOUS!! It has super exceeded our expectations! Tania the hostess was great and made sure all of our questions and concerns were properly addressed. This resort was peaceful and secure. The property was well maintained and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. We look forward to returning for future family stays

Christian communicated promptly, and the entire process was very smooth. The location was perfect for our family to tour Jamestown, Williamsburg, and Yorktown for spring break. The outdoor pool was still closed, but the kids enjoyed the indoor pool which was busy at some times. The desk has DVDs to check out for use in the room -- we checked out Liberty's Kids which fit right into the theme of the week. The unit was well equipped with dishes and pots and pans, but be sure to bring your own salt/pepper/spices if you need them.

Joseph was a great host, very quick response back. The Resort is perfect for a family, lots of activities. Even my oldest one college did a crafting session with her younger brothers. WaterCountry is literally right next door barley a 2 minute drive. Brush Gardens is about 5 min drive away from the resort. The place was perfect for a family of 6. Everyone had there own space, had everything we needed for a kitchen.

The air bnb itself was nice and cozy. The community was very nice. Both pools were clean, the hot tub and gym. Extremely convenient location and not too far from Busch Gardens or any shopping in the immediate area. Would recommend this place. Also, it's very quiet which is also a plus!

Wyndham's Governor Green in Williamsburg is a spectacular property. The room was "Four-Seasons" level nice. Three beautiful bedrooms, a very nice kitchen and living space, as well as beautiful, spotless bathrooms made for a wonderful stay with my wife's parents. Jeffery was responsive to our communications. The price was amazing, especially when considering that it was the College of William & Mary's graduation week. The staff at the hotel was exceptionally nice and helpful. The only recommendation is that two major corporations like Wyndham and Air B&B should be able to make sure their systems operate together seamlessly. Due to us admittedly making a last minute reservation, Air B&B's reservation did not transfer to Wyndham's system for about 45 minutes. Also, the Wyndham staff did pressure us heavily to attend a time-share briefing, which we did not do based on Jeffery's guidance that we were under no obligation to do so. But for the value, this place couldn't be beat!

host was great! very communicative. check in was a breeze. I made it clear I do not want a time share and they left me alone. we had to upgrade internet for work and it was easy worked perfectly. in terms of resort it was clean, and several things to do. wish there were more kid activities and would be great to have a little market. but overall it was great!

Great location and perfect for families! Accommodations are clean, quiet, comfortable and so convenient to all the local experiences. The surrounding grounds are beautiful and green, with small lakes and lots to enjoy by walking.

The location and all the amenities was such a blessing to celebrate Thanksgiving with the family.

This is Colonial Williamsburg, so how can you go wrong. place was clean and convenient to all attractions. Check in was easy, but could have done without the timeshare pressure, but was ready for that. would definitely come back.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The location was very accommodating and there was full of things for my Son and I to do (when we were not out about in Williamsburg and surrounding area). It was a perfect place to come back too after a day of rides and slides and fun. We had fun with so many outdoor games and inside video games. We ended up having just a full day just leisurely enjoying all it had to offer. Emma's place was large, clean and in the perfect location for us. We could make it an annual thing to take a couple days here to relax in the wanning days of the Summer. We had a great time here.

Me and my son enjoy our self this was our 3rd time here. The room we rented was nice and clean

we had hard time checking in but after that all the things were excellent. Jeffrey was very helpful and very responsive . the house was sooo clean the place is very amazing . we had a great time .

We had a good stay, the place was comfortable. The bedrooms were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice, the furniture had some stains here and there, but overall, it was clean. I was told by the front desk That they are renewing the place on September so that’s awesome because it’s a nice looking place and very spacious..We love the area lots to do all the theme parks are nearby and restaurants. Donald was a great host, very responsive and communicative. Will definitely come back again.

The condo is centrally located to all area attractions and major highways so you shouldn't have to drive more than 30 minutes to where you want to go. The condo itself had plenty of space for our family for the week we stayed there. The amenities that are on the property are also very nice and add value to your stay.
