Holiday rentals with a sauna in York River

Elizabeth was a wonderful host. She was friendly, informative and responsive. This was our 3rd stay at Kingsgate and it never disappoints. It has become my kids (13,15) favorite place to visit. They tell all their friends. There are tons of activities, including a movie theater. We found out recently that the outdoor pool is heated so you are not limited to just the indoor pool during the colder months. They have a wonderful pool side bar and grill. My kids always ask for the slushies :-). The room is nice and spacious. Even the pull out couch is comfy! It has a full size kitchen with everything you may need. I love the little nook in the master suite, ideal for reading. The balcony is great to enjoy your morning coffee or the peaceful evenings. There is plenty of space for everyone. We never feel crowded. It is the perfect family getaway no matter the age. I highly recommend this property and look forward to checking out other Wyndham properties as well.

Great space! Plenty of room, nice amenities, very clean, comfortable bed. Very quiet and private. Elizabeth is a great host and very responsive. Would recommend this listing and would stay here again.

Great host! We enjoyed our stay and had lots of activities at the resort to do. It worked well for what we needed.

The place was very clean and spacious for just two of us! Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean as well as the kitchen and living room area. The kitchen area was great and gave us all the basic amenities we needed. I recommend booking, you will not be disappointed!

Our son had a baseball tournament at Williamsburg, VA so we made it a short family vacation. We had a fantastic family stay here. The location was perfect; it was close to local attractions and convenient for family outings. The place was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with everything we needed. The host was responsive and proactive. Kids enjoyed the nearby parks, and we appreciated the peaceful neighborhood. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we'd highly recommend it for families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Very nice place. The unit has everything you need. Is close to the city. Robert was very helpful. We don’t used the facilities and did not go to the activities for being short time but they have a lot. Great place.

This condo was everything it said and more! LOTS AND LOTS of space for our family. Lots of privacy and security. Loved the gated entry to the resort. We also really loved the amenities, especially the outdoor, resort style pools and mini golf. And REALLY thankful for a washer and dryer! My one downside (that doesn’t really affect my review, just more of an FYI for future guests) is that there was only one hot pad and one dish towel in the kitchen. Made it kind of hard to take something out of the oven. So, bring your own so you’re prepared.

This was a perfect spot to rest after busy days at Busch Gardens. We had 4 adults and a teen - it was helpful to have space to spread out and still stay together in one unit. The location is close to everything but feels more secluded and peaceful. Host was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. We would love to stay here again when we return to the area.

We loved the location. We could easily travel around in Yorktown, Williamsburg, and Jamestown. Restaurants and shopping were just down the road.

Very good customer service and communication

We stayed with our family and friends for a long weekend. Lucy’s place was amazing and had enough space for all of us. The property is amazing and the little sandy beach was perfect for kids (and adults). Lucy had great recommendations, including a great masseuse that made house calls. The house was great for us to cook through the holiday weekend and lots of amenities. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful getaway at this vacation home! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature, with plenty of cute shops and charming spots to explore nearby. The house itself was very comfortable and well-suited for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this Airbnb! The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a large group. The pool and sauna were definite highlights – we spent hours relaxing and enjoying the space. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Super responsive, kind, and truly dedicated to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. They really care about their guests. Highly recommend this house. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

We rented this beautiful home for 3 weeks and had numerous visits by kids, grandkids, and other relatives during the time. JB was very responsive and helpful, including all the documentation at the house. Weather was perfect(well, two hurricanes passed far to the west and east) with little rain and small effects to the tides/seas. House and sun-room are great for in-climate weather!!The kayak was a huge hit with the younger visitors especially when the bay was "like glass". Restaurant recommendations were spot on with Hook@Harvey being at the top. Thanks JB/Jing for letting us use your fabulous residence for our reunions!!

Bayhamas was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the peace. Indoors was comfy and backyard and beach were great for us and our dogs. So happy to find such a gem especially one that accepts dogs. Will definitely book again soon!

Excellent place, nice location

We thank Vickey for letting us stay in her beautiful house! The whole process was easy and we were greeted so well and met a great person like Vickey in the end!

The please was nice. We enjoyed the gym and goofy golf. We rented out two apartments with a connecting door. We put the kids in the smaller one. It was great. The beds were comfortable. I would live with a remodel removing the giant tubs in the bedrooms. What a weird waste of space. The bottom line is that it was a safe and pleasant place for a family to stay.
