Nice quiet resort with plenty of activities and close to everything in williamsburg

Very nice place, but just note that this is a time share place and the rooms/furniture may not look exactly as they are in the photos on airbnb.

Great place in a great location. We loved having our own space with two bedrooms and a full kitchen only a short drive from Colonial Williamsburg.

Place was great. Family loved it. Plenty to do. Communication was great and check in and out was a breeze!

I appreciate Brooke for her very timely customer service & response time. I originally tried to book with another host within the same resort and he was so nasty, that I wasn't going to look again within this resort. I looked again and it was GOD who guided my fingers to her listing. I'm glad I didn't give up and So glad Brooke was the Angel to respond IMMEDIATELY! Beautiful Condominium in a peaceful resort. We were able to cook, play, and relax. You feel right at home. 15 minute drive to Busch Gardens, 5 minute drive to colonial williamsburg, 25 minutes to water county. Theres ton to do in the resort as well, 3 pools, playgrounds, The Wyndham provides sports equipment for all their courts. We cannot wait to come again next year, but next time we are staying twice as long!

The accommodations were split between two buildings because they weren’t able to honor a building with a pet friendly apartment upstairs and down but it worked out anyway. I would have to pay $250 for a pet fee for both apartments so because the accommodations were split, I only had to pay one fee. No big deal. It all worked out and we enjoyed the stay regardless.

was very spacious and clean! we really enjoyed our stay. was very comfortable. maintenance staff was extremely responsive to two small issues we had - they came within 5 minutes both times! would definitely stay here again.

We rented for 2 nights end of Feb 2024 while In Williamsburg for our son’s soccer tournament. It is a very nice suite with lots of amenities and great central location. Very clean. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms for 4 people. Easy access to food of all types. Parking on site. Very responsive host and resort staff. Very dog friendly too! Will definitely consider another stay here when we get a chance to get to Williamsburg again.

Great location. Igor was very responsive. We did Busch Gardens and Water Country from here. The pool was a great place to hang out on days we didn't have plans. The apartment was spacious and decently equipped kitchen. Our only complaint is squeaky bed which were fairly disruptive, but we still really enjoyed stay. Great value considering what it costs to rent a house these days. Highly recommend Igor's place.

Had a great stay here. Close to Williamsburg, Jamestowne, and Yorktown. Lots of restaurants nearby and the kids loved the pool.

We had a great time staying at Vacation Village. The two adjoining units were very convenient for my extended family. Igor communicated clearly on the check-in instructions and expectations for the units. We would come back!

We had a great stay at the colonies. It was a very convenient location close to lots of things to do. The pool area was super fun for all ages! The condo itself was set up nice and worked well for our group of 9

This condo is very basic and styled from when it was built. There is a great little coffee shop at the center of the resort that this condo is located in. A keurig is present in the unit but no coffee supplied so make sure to bring your own if you need a pick me up as soon as you wake up. I had the TV instruction sheet but could not get either to work so make sure to bring an iPad or some other device if you want to stream shows.

Very nice place. 10-15 minutes drive to amusement parks . Kids had good time at resort pool during rest days. Originally we were planning to stay for 4 nights but Igor informed we have the place for 7 night so enjoyed couple of extra nights. Thank you Igor!

We were in town for college graduation. Property is less than a 10 minute drive from campus and extremely close to anything else we needed. Great little coffee shop on the resort grounds. Condo had everything we needed for the trip and the resort was responsive if we needed extra towels or anything like that. Tara was very helpful when I had questions or needed to make changes.

Stayed at a few KOAs, this one was the cleanest, best maintain and had the most things to do. Had a 9 hole disc golf course, nature trail, petting zoo, moon bounce, full amenities store, and it was 4 miles from all restaurants. Awesome place

Location and description was as advertised. Lots to do, so much that we were there a week and didn’t do everything. Every attraction on our list was within 20 minutes. Beautiful area and very quiet.

This is a very very clean and friendly place the whole place was gorgeous his his hotel rooms were unbelievable from the kitchen to the bathroom to the living room you had a great time when we were there for all the amenities and everything to do with the parking how close you are next to water country you can walk to it Williamsburg and Busch Gardens we were there every single night both places thank you again

Fantastic area to vacation with family and kids. The waterpark/pool is a lot of fun. Staff was responsive with any questions or concerns (we had a wasps nest on the back patio that was quickly terminated by the on-call maintenence crew). Lots to do in the area, shopping, dining, breweries/wineries, theme parks, local parks, mini golf, etc. Highly recommended!
