Great stay for one night! Host was really helpful.

Sue was very communicative throughout our experience. She responded quickly to my initial message and each message thereafter. My trip was a bit last-minute, but it sure didn't feel that way! The cottage was perfect in every way! It was clean and cozy. It was just the right size. It truly felt like a home away from home. The resort was peaceful and included many activities. The resort staff was friendly, too! If I travel to Williamsburg for pleasure again, I would absolutely see if this cottage is available.

The cottage was clean and uncluttered. It was very comfortable, from the table to the couch to the beds. It had all the amenities needed for a week-long stay. It was in a safe and friendly gated resort neighborhood. As a group of four adult women, we loved the four bathrooms (3 full, 1 half) and four comfortable beds.

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful area. Would stay here again. Our layout was a bit different from the pictures, but it work great to have a space for the teens and another one for the adults. I would love to stay here again.

The check-in process, with the resort, includes repeated attempts to sign up for a timeshare presentation. The resort's activities center staff was rude when we signed up for an activity. The indoor and outdoor pools are great. The resort has a gym, but it's small and has limited equipment. The accommodations are clean and offers everything we were looking for. The furnishings could use updating though. The location is perfect for Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestowne Settlement, Water Country USA and Busch Gardens Williamsburg.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Dena’s home. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a warm and festive atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The attention to detail and thoughtful gestures were remarkable. From the coffee and bedside waters to the abundance of toiletries, every aspect of our stay was well thought out. We were especially touched by the surprise Christmas gifts waiting under the tree, which added such a special and personal touch to our visit. The hospitality exceeded all expectations, and we highly recommend their home to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

We felt right at home, and it was super clean with all amenities and kitchen supplies. Hosts are extremely accommodating, and our guests were impressed with Newport News.

Michael was a very generous host and made our stay very smooth. We appreciated the quality of all the amenities; the beds were extremely comfortable and I can't say enough about the kitchen setup. It was completely equipped and even had a spice cabinet, which made hosting our event problem-free since we were cooking meals from scratch for a large group. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Cozy little home great location near Bush Gardens nice and quiet I woke up had my morning coffee on back porch and was visited by 2 deer this put icing on cake!!! And the huge magnolia tree was in bloom !!!!

This listing was exactly as described and pictured. We enjoyed the closeness to areas we wished to explore. The birds in the yard were delightful to to listen to and watch. The home was clean and enjoyable! Would stay again!

The location was very nice! The proximity to Williamsburg’s was great! Definitely would book this location again if I did another ghost tour in Williamsburg.

I loved how close we were to the water! We enjoyed a leisurely breakfast on the patio overlooking the water. It was nice and close to Historic Yorktown. Beautiful and comfortable place for a large family!

The place was very great! Expect the hot tub on the 3rd floor wasn’t working and the bugs around the area. But overall it was wonderful. The indoor elevator was nice. And I would definitely come back. This Nolan I’m 9. This is Jon . Everything was great. I do wish that the hot tub & bathroom whirl pool worked.

We stayed for 2 weeks. Impressed with how clean and organized it was, and had everything we needed. Felt like home! Host was very friendly and responsive.

If you're looking for quiet relaxation in a clean and comfortable environment this is a location to consider. Kim was a great host. She was responsive to my needs/inquiries, and definitely gives her guest their space. My family and I own our OCD, and we were pleased to find that the home was well appointed, organized, and squeaky clean. The decor was also very welcoming... members of my family made sure to take photos, as I suspect they will be trying to replicate the staging. ;-) I'm looking forward to my next visit. I'm sure there is a lot that I didn't get to experience/enjoy. Definitely worth a visit. Cheers...

It was a lovely place - I would only say this: You will only have access to the lower level of this home. The second floor is a separate rental so you may be sharing the house with other people. There is no access to the second floor but you can hear everything that happens up there. You may want to clarify if other people are staying above you, if it’s something that you care about.

Spence is a thoughtful and responsive host, and his lovely house is very convenient to College of William & Mary, from which our daughter graduated last weekend. The spaces in the house are lovely and comfortable, and there is everything you might need in the kitchen. As others have noted, the road noise is significant, but ear plugs help for sleeping. I highly recommend this beautifully kept house and Spence's considerate and respoonsive hosting.

Really amazing!!! The space was huge with lots of room for a big get together. Great outdoor space, deck and grills were nicer than I’ve had at other Airbnbs. Very quiet location. Highly recommend it, I am totally going back
