Nice quiet resort with plenty of activities and close to everything in williamsburg

Our suite was roomy and clean and perfect for the four of us. Tina responded quickly and was very clear and all of her directions.

Loved the resort and all the different things to do. We will definitely visit again, had a great time!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described! The host was very responsive when I messaged her. We only stayed one night for an event we were attending in Williamsburg, but this would be a very nice place to stay for longer period of time.

Everything was exactly like it was stated. We came with our 2 daughters and their partners. Having a separate living room and kitchen for us and them made everything simple and gave us all plenty of space. The amenities were wonderful for any age that might stay there.

The condo is well appointed with everything I needed. Kingsmill is a special place. Rodica was very quick to reply when I had a few different questions. Very comfortable bed and reading chairs. Top notch.

I appreciate Brooke for her very timely customer service & response time. I originally tried to book with another host within the same resort and he was so nasty, that I wasn't going to look again within this resort. I looked again and it was GOD who guided my fingers to her listing. I'm glad I didn't give up and So glad Brooke was the Angel to respond IMMEDIATELY! Brooke Send me all your listings so I can book with you again! LOL! Seriously god Bless you Brooke and keep up the great customer service & hosting.

It was really good, I loved the view we had as well as all the things in the vicinity. The Spa, the room, the TV, the restaurants, the everything was great. I will definitely be reserving again in the near future.

Very nice place peaceful. We enjoyed the balcony. The place was close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay wle will definitely be back. The steps where a little to much but great overall.

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

Our son had a baseball tournament at Williamsburg, VA so we made it a short family vacation. We had a fantastic family stay here. The location was perfect; it was close to local attractions and convenient for family outings. The place was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with everything we needed. The host was responsive and proactive. Kids enjoyed the nearby parks, and we appreciated the peaceful neighborhood. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we'd highly recommend it for families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Williamsburg, Virginia.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Gayle was an excellent host! She was great with communication and answered me almost immediately when I asked questions. The place was immaculate. And the bed and pillows were one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Had a great stay here. Close to Williamsburg, Jamestowne, and Yorktown. Lots of restaurants nearby and the kids loved the pool.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and our host Lisa was great! She was very responsive, answering all of my questions in a timely fashion. The resort that we stayed at was wonderful for our family getaway. It had a great layout for both privacy and family time, walking area around the resort for our dog and peaceful setting. I will definitely look for this option again when choosing a place to stay. Thank you, Lisa, for making this such a great experience for me.

We have a great stay, it was super close to Bush Gardens making it easy to come back in the middle of the day to relax and take the dogs out. It is on the upper floor but the stairs are not difficult at all. It was a very pet friendly neighborhood.

Gayle’s place was perfect for our family of 7. Each bedroom having their bathroom was fantastic! The decor of the condo was fabulous, and the grounds were gorgeous! Great for a daily walk. The waters view was beautiful! There was every cleaning product you could ever want, which I loved. Whenever, I travel, I always re-wipe everything down (weird- but a bit of a germ a phobia ). Also, the condo is well stocked with all the essentials of a home away from home. The washer/dryer with stocked laundry detergent was a bonus. I went home with clean clothes.-jackpot! The condo is perfectly situated between all the attractions. Colonial Williamsburg, Merchant Square, Jamestown settlement, and Bush Gardens was a pretty and easy 10 -15 ride. Harris Teeter grocery store is 5 mins from Kingsmill. There was a Wawa and Dunkin close by as well. Gayle was most responsive. Any questions, I had, she got back to me immediately. One of the best vacation stays for us!

The unit was great - such a large space, with private bedrooms and a full kitchen. it worked really well for our family of six. we were only minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. the resort amenities were a huge hit with our kiddos - although we didn't have enough time to use them all! we would stay at a place like this over a hotel room any day. had no issues at all - everything was as advertised.

Condo was as described in the listing. The condo is part of a timeshare property but the staff only made the timeshare pitch once (<3 minutes) and took no quickly and respectfully at checkin. If you are visiting the triangle with family or a large group (colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown) and Busch Gardens, you can’t beat the location and value. Unlike other airbnbs, no cleaning required on checkout which is a pleasure on vacation.

She was able to get us in the same day! It was a great stay for the whole family.

Beautiful resort! Close to everything!! Resort has everything you need for a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful experience here. There was so much for our family to enjoy. We used the indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness center, and miniature golf course. Because we were also spending time away from the resort visiting with local relatives, we didn’t have a chance to try everything the resort had to offer (like the sand volleyball court!). Tina was a wonderful, friendly host and we greatly appreciated her thorough instructions.

Great place in a great location. We loved having our own space with two bedrooms and a full kitchen only a short drive from Colonial Williamsburg.

Great host. Very easy to communicate with. Also took us on short notice. Will be back.
