Holiday rentals with a sauna in York County

Everything was as described. We are fully satisfied and would love to come back in the future.

Location, location, location! Being right on the beach and having such a beautifully cultivated outdoor space was so nice! Really enjoyed amenities like the outdoor shower, beach chairs, and the hot tub.

Dylan communicated quickly and thoroughly even with a last minute reservation. We didn't have any issues that needed to be addressed. The place fit my family of seven very well. Lots of space with 3 bedrooms and 2 pull-out couches. The location was very nice, being close to all of the popular destinations in the area. The pools were very busy and could be cleaned better, but the kids loved the arcade and movie theater. The resort really wants to sell a timeshare to you, but I just stuck to my guns. We would have no issue staying again.

Dylan was very helpful with making sure my request to be on the first floor with a ramp was met for my 87 year old grandmother. He responded back quickly and was super nice. Would definitely go back. My family loved it there it was so much to do. Everything was in walking distance.

Our stay at the Wyndham resort in Williamsburg was wonderful! We had adjoining one and two bedroom condos which suited our group perfectly. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well stocked, and the resort activities exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of equipment available to borrow. We spent one day at Busch Gardens, one day at the resort, and one day at Water Country which made for a perfect balance of activity and relaxation! Dylan was friendly, helpful, and always responded to any questions and inquiries. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future!

The place was very clean and spacious for just two of us! Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean as well as the kitchen and living room area. The kitchen area was great and gave us all the basic amenities we needed. I recommend booking, you will not be disappointed!

Elizabeth was a wonderful host. She was friendly, informative and responsive. This was our 3rd stay at Kingsgate and it never disappoints. It has become my kids (13,15) favorite place to visit. They tell all their friends. There are tons of activities, including a movie theater. We found out recently that the outdoor pool is heated so you are not limited to just the indoor pool during the colder months. They have a wonderful pool side bar and grill. My kids always ask for the slushies :-). The room is nice and spacious. Even the pull out couch is comfy! It has a full size kitchen with everything you may need. I love the little nook in the master suite, ideal for reading. The balcony is great to enjoy your morning coffee or the peaceful evenings. There is plenty of space for everyone. We never feel crowded. It is the perfect family getaway no matter the age. I highly recommend this property and look forward to checking out other Wyndham properties as well.

Great space! Plenty of room, nice amenities, very clean, comfortable bed. Very quiet and private. Elizabeth is a great host and very responsive. Would recommend this listing and would stay here again.

Very nice place. The unit has everything you need. Is close to the city. Robert was very helpful. We don’t used the facilities and did not go to the activities for being short time but they have a lot. Great place.

The villa was the perfect place for our family to stay for graduation weekend at William and Mary. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Setting was lovely and great for walks in our down time. The only issue we had was the villa was not ready at the designated check in time and we had to wait an hour before we could get in.

This condo was everything it said and more! LOTS AND LOTS of space for our family. Lots of privacy and security. Loved the gated entry to the resort. We also really loved the amenities, especially the outdoor, resort style pools and mini golf. And REALLY thankful for a washer and dryer! My one downside (that doesn’t really affect my review, just more of an FYI for future guests) is that there was only one hot pad and one dish towel in the kitchen. Made it kind of hard to take something out of the oven. So, bring your own so you’re prepared.

My family and I had a wonderful time! The host was very responsive and we felt amazingly comfortable. If you’re looking to vacation in Williamsburg VA, this is the place you need to come and stay!! We loved the location. We could easily travel around in Yorktown, Williamsburg, and Jamestown. Restaurants and shopping were just down the road.

This home was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Pamela goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. She even thoughtfully provided games and crafts for little ones and older ones alike, making the stay even more memorable. It was the ultimate family friendly spot.

Doug & Sara are great host and have an amazing house! It was a great place to call home over the past months!

love this location I will be looking to book again one day

We rented this beautiful home for 3 weeks and had numerous visits by kids, grandkids, and other relatives during the time. JB was very responsive and helpful, including all the documentation at the house. Weather was perfect(well, two hurricanes passed far to the west and east) with little rain and small effects to the tides/seas. House and sun-room are great for in-climate weather!!The kayak was a huge hit with the younger visitors especially when the bay was "like glass". Restaurant recommendations were spot on with Hook@Harvey being at the top. Thanks JB/Jing for letting us use your fabulous residence for our reunions!!

The please was nice. We enjoyed the gym and goofy golf. We rented out two apartments with a connecting door. We put the kids in the smaller one. It was great. The beds were comfortable. I would live with a remodel removing the giant tubs in the bedrooms. What a weird waste of space. The bottom line is that it was a safe and pleasant place for a family to stay.

This home was the perfect fit for our large group of 14. We stayed over the Christmas holiday and the place was very accommodating! Larkin was very responsive and helped out immediately with any questions we had. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and blankets, dishes, etc. for our entire group. The location is a small quaint town. The Blue Crab down the street had some delicious food but other than that there isn’t much around so you definitely need to hit up the store. The Food Lion is less than 10min away for groceries. Williamsburg is 30min away and Yorktown about 45min away- we visited both towns to explore. Overall a marvelous stay!
