Daniel's place was an excellent place to stay for our work trip, easily accessible into Government buildings etc. The accommodation had everything you could need (even things like cling wrap and other essentials that you don't want to have to buy for a quick stay). It was great to have 2 bathrooms, laundry available (again including detergent for emergency use) and a well set up kitchen. It was light and airy, very clean, and had a nice view over the arboretum to the Telstra Tower. Very convenient to have Woolies underneath. It was a little tricky to find where to get the keys/drive into the underground parking, however likely my own fault not taking the time to watch the video provided! Written details were comprehensive. Thanks for a great stay!

Brandon’s place is well looked after. It’s in a serviced apartment block - with amenities like BBQs or pools readily accessible. It comes with two parking spots in the underground garage - themselves are a bit tricky to locate but Brandon has provided quite detailed step-by-step instructions to help you. The apartment itself is fully furnished - comfy beds / recliner couch / TV / oven / fridge / etc and the listing Brandon provided is accurate. The location is quite easy to get to with a direct bus connection to the civic area and is even easier to get to and from on a car. The only downside I can think of is the noise - the apartment block is next to a major thoroughfare to the new Molonglo Valley precinct and can get noisy at times from the traffic. Closing the windows / doors will help. In short, I will book Brandon’s place again next time when I come to Canberra.

My wife and I spent a wonderful few days at Chris's place while visiting our family. He was very good at providing instructions that were clear and accurate, and his place was immaculately clean and tidy. We loved having two bathrooms and the apartment facilities were great. Although it was quite close to the main road, we did not hear any significant noise, and never heard neighbours. There was one queen bed (which was very comfortable) and a queen size fold out sofa bed. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped. There is secure underground parking and the area felt very safe. It was a short walk to Woolies Metro and the new Aldi store, plus there were a number of restaurants etc. close by. The only negative was that during our visit the lift was not working (which meant carrying our bags out from the car park around to the front door) but it should hopefully be repaired soon. Overall, we were very impressed and look forward to coming back next time.
