I've stayed in this wonderful cottage so many times that I've lost count. John and his lovely family never disappoint in their attention to detail and always arrive to a spotless home with a full kitchen, crisp high-end linens and cozy beds, thoughtful welcome goodies and a fatastic view. Already looking forward to another trip back!

Lovely stay, comfortable clean and well presented. Ben was very helpful and accommodating when asked for a late check out. Great find at a good price, look forward to returning in warmer dates so we can make use of the great outdoor spaces too.

Great location, well appointed and everything you need for a comfortable stay. James responded quickly and made it all very easy. The only caveat is that parking is a little tight with limited spaces. About half the time I got a space at the back of the property and half the time it was road parked with parking restrictions. Not a deal breaker but just something to be conscious of if that may pose any issues.

We had a lovely stay in Silkstone. Cosy Cottage was ideal for our visit to Cannon Hall Farm. The restaurant (The Bells) just a 50 yard walk away was good value for money. There is lots to do in the area and Cosy Cottage is a great base. The cottage was very comfortable. An excellent kitchen and a good bathroom. Comfortable beds and nice and warm.
