Monthly Rentals in Wootton Rivers

My wife, I and our 7 year old, stayed here while visiting friends in the area. The building is quirky and has been modernised to a good standard. Both the toilets, the shower and kitchen were pristine. Kitchen was well provisioned with utensils should you need to use it for more than making drinks. The property makes a great base for a weekend or more exploring the locality.

Compact and well designed place to stay above a terraced garden, with views across to the downs. Plenty of wildlife and birds. I heard foxes and owls and saw bats catching moths at twilight.

Melanie’s annex is very clean and comfortable and was extremely peaceful. Melani was away so I had the place to myself and all I heard was birdsong. The bed was super comfy and quite hard to get out of! A lovely stay.

Absolutely beautiful little garden room at the end of Kate’s garden. Kate was so hospitable and very generously left us fresh fruit and warm croissants each morning on our terrace. We never saw her, which was a shame not to meet her properly, but it was also lovely that she respected our privacy. The GR is just perfect. Cute, cosy, had everything you could want for. Fresh juice and milk in the fridge with an assortment of teas and fresh coffee to enjoy on the little terrace each morning. The bed was so comfortable, everything was spotless and so well thought out. Lovely robes for us too. Just loved the location, the room and Kate’s attention to detail to makes this a perfect countryside getaway. Highly recommend this lovely little spot!
