Monthly Rentals in Woodville

This was my second stay at Yuriy's property. He's a great & responsive host. The property looks just like it does in the pictures. It was nice & clean and was super close to everything we wanted to do. Love that its so pet friendly!

This was a great place to stay. It was in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The house looked just like the pictures. it was very clean and comfortable. She also provide snacks and breakfast foods. She was also very responsive to my messages. I would highly recommend this rental!

Joanna is an excellent host! My daughters and I had to come to Tallahassee for a family emergency. Joanna went out of her way to make sure that everything was good and that we were comfortable throughout our stay. There are several grocery stores and restaurants within a 5 mile radius. I gave the location 4 stars just because there is a lot of construction going on around there. However, it was peaceful and quiet at night and we did not have any trouble with noise.

Cozy Comfy space that felt like home. Many...I mean MANY minor details that could only have been derived from being an experienced host. From oils and seasonings to cook with to health and environmentally conscious hand and laundry soaps, scissors, tape, Band-Aids, spare light bulbs etc. Its as if someone went room to room thinking "What might a guest need here" Bravo!
